I loved my stay at the Center! I met amazing, kind, loving people, as I learned about the Center and Buddhism. The place is stunning, meditating as we watched the sunrise was truly incredible. The monks and laypeople who work here are some of the kindest I have met, they make it feel like a home. I hope to come back soon <3

Come with an open heart and an open mind and you will get so much from this experience! I felt like I really got to know Thai culture beyond the tourist brochures and guidebooks. You also gain the Center into Buddism in Thailand, what it means to be a female monk, and a deeper look into yourself, and what values you would like to have as you navigate this crazy world. Be prepared for early mornings, stumbling through chanting (but you will get it eventually! 😁) and learning how to communicate with people of different nationalities and language levels. Thank you so much for welcoming me home 💕

I spent 11 days in this beautiful place surrounded by nature, and it was an incredible experience! I truly mean it. I want to thank Punya, Bim, Lay, Emma, little Eddy, his mom, Tom, and the entire team, as well as the monks, for their warm welcome. Kap khun ka❤️ Being the only volunteer at first helped me focus on my goal: learning to meditate and self-reflect. I also did three days of silence, which was life-changing. I loved the friendly dogs,special mention to Popcorn, Lola, Timy, waffa and the food was amazing. This place changed my life! I highly recommend it. Forever in my heart

It has been a turning point during my trip; I am very happy to have done this volunteering. Punya and everyone at the center are incredibly welcoming and kind people, as well as amazing cooks. The center is in a very peaceful and beautiful place, and the rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. Totally recommended if you want to help, learn more about Buddhism, and discover more about yourself. Thanks to the whole team!

I spent 10 days in the Center Punyapunya the Center Centre in Bangkok. I have met the most amazing people from all around the world there and fortunately I had the chance to get to know other Thai volunteers there. They always tried to find new ways to help us getting into Thai culture ( pad thai cooking, tasting several Thai dishes, telling us stories about the whole culture, bringing us to the markets ) Furthermore I have done silence retreat for 2 days which is also a good way to get closer to the buddhist community.

I loved my stay at the Center. The people and the atmosphere were very welcoming and I felt really at home. The property is beautiful, most days the work is helping to maintain it (i.e. sweeping leaves, gardening, cleaning out storages, making soil, etc.). I would recommend coming here to anyone who is interested in Buddhism, the Center and learning something about themselves. This place is special to me and I hope I can come back sometime.

To sum it up, it was an incredible experience. I met amazing people, and although I was a bit sick at first, they helped me, took care of me, and told me to rest. I recovered and got back to work. The work was a bit tough, and the accommodations were very basic, but you hardly notice because of how meaningful and enjoyable the experience was. They even took us on tours to markets and temples. In short, I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to meditate, relax, and enjoy Thailand on a budget.

❤️This place was amazing I have never thought that my experience was like this. We I arrived everyone gave us an excellent welcome with a smile and good energy. During the volunteer, all workers were so respectfull and with the best actitud to help us if we don't now something. Summarize I will recommend this volunteer beacuse you are gonna find a real local experience with monks and with yourself while you meditate. Here is the best place to keep calm the mind.🍀✨

We were so happy adoing this volunteer, I really recommend to come here, it is a place where you could involve in the culture. You could learn some thing about the Center, and it is so natural, it helps you to connect better. I loved the experience with all people that work and live here, they are lovely, and so kind with you. I really liked food, because it is so local, it makes me feel like in home. For me was a good experience to connect with myself and learn about something different of Thailand. ❤️

I had a truly amazing experience in here. Punya is very kind and helped me a lot understanding Buddhism and the rest of the staff is lovely. Beam is always there to help and Emma teaches so much without words ❤️. The work is not difficult but it's sometimes hard, be prepared for it and bring clothes especially for this. The food is good but it's very local, grown and harvested in the same place. I did the silence retreat for 3 days and was a very interesting experience, just be prepared to not have any dinner and get rid of your phone for 3 days! Thank you so much for the unique experience!
