The hostel is a fun hostel with lots of character. The work was straightforward, the hours were respected, and the food was tasty. Like any workplace though, there are some downsides. Some of the full-time workers could make you feel unwelcome at times, though the vast majority were kind and respectful. The staff house is also in undesirable conditions, but management has hired someone to look into the issues. Overall it was a good experience, gracias a todos.

Me encantó pasar este tiempo en el hostel. Águas Calientes es un pueblo hermoso y tranquilo, perfecto para aquellos que quieren escapar de la locura de la ciudad grande. El desayuno y el almuerzo en el hostel son deliciosos, y las porciones son muy generosas. El hostel cuenta con una hermosa terraza desde donde se puede disfrutar de la vista de las montañas. Solo tengo agradecimientos para el equipo del hostel por esta hermosa experiencia!

De las personas con mayor capacidad laboral. Super versátil, con facilidad de idiomas, en el área que la pongas tiene la responsabilidad puesta en la cabeza. Se adueña del puesto y da todo de si. Entiende muy bien las labores que se le asignan y las supera con creces. Nos hubiera encantado tenerla el mayor tiempo posible junto con Fagner

Minha passagem por surpertramp foi linda! Conhecer e viver de perto a natureza de Águas Calientes foi demais. A Energia do pueblo, arquitetura e antureza foi demais. Meu trabalho foi ajudar com o Bar, movimento era tranquilo então não demandava tanto esforço, foi tranquilo. Almoço e desayuno são bem gostosos. Pode melhorar bastante a organização dos horários dos voluntários e as folgas, mas isso é por uma falta de comunicação interna. Minha passagem foi incrível, poder conhecer muito mais além de Machu Picchu. Super recomendo.

Es preocupado de su trabajo, sigue las instrucciones de manera muy precisa. Pregunta lo que no está claro y toma muy en serio el puesto. Da nuevas ideas y está dispuesto siempre a ayudar. Junto a Patricia hacen un dúo espectacular.!!

Nuestro paso por the hostel fue muy lindo. Nos encontramos con un hostel grande, luminosos y super organizado. Aprendimos nuevas habilidades como por ejemplo dani se encargaba de preparar el desayuno, junto con otros voluntarios y mau hizo nuevos tragos en la barra del hostel. Nos gustó compartir y conocer a todo el equipo. Sentimos que fuimos escuchados cuando algo nos inquietaba y eso está re bueno en grupos tan grandes. Gracias por dejarnos formar parte de su identidad y dejar nuestra huella es su hostel.

Mauro es una persona proactiva que se preocupa del puesto en el que está, con disposición de aprendizaje y comunicativo con las distintas situaciones que se presentan en el hostel. Se adapta rápidamente a los sistemas que se le va enseñando y al modo de trabajo. Gran equipo junto con Dani quien es una gran trabajadora en equipo, eficaz. Se adaptó muy bien a las distintas áreas que apoyó. Alegre, responsable y cumplidora. Gran equipo de trabajo chicos!
