The Experience
We are looking for someone who is gonna animate guests in the hostel, organize their day, hang out with them, help them in any kind of way, and help out with breakfast, cleaning and maintaining the hostel. Our volunteers have free accommodation in 1 of the most touristic places in Croatia, free breakfast and free 3 drinks in our rooftop bar as long as 10% of commission from all sold breakfasts and drinks in the bar.

The hostel is truly an amazing place!! It has the perfect location and is clean and beautiful. The tasks were easy, cleaning and reception. Everything you need is there and everyone is really kind and welcoming. Staff and other volunteers made the stay really amazing. 100% recommend. Thank you Sanja, Mia and Sabri❣️🐰

I had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel in Hvar, Croatia! From the moment I got there, Sanja, the manager, and the whole team made me feel right at home. Mia, Sabrina, Yuliana, Sebastian, and Davor, our night guardian, were all fantastic and made the experience so much fun. Working with them taught me a lot about teamwork in a hostel. They were always supportive and made every task enjoyable. I loved how they interacted with guests and each other—it really inspired me! And let's talk about Hvar! The island is pure paradise. Would love to come back soon!

This was my first volunteering experience, and I am so grateful that it was at the hostel! I stayed with 6 other wonderful volunteers/ staff, and since it was low season (May) we stayed in the biggest room in the hostel. We also got our own kitchen/ area at the hostel. It was a very nice and clean, and everyone had their personal space. I worked in the reception which was super easy to learn, and it was very relaxed since it is a small hostel. Both the team manager and the owner were incredibly inviting and friendly. The manager was very flexible when it came to the schedule.
