It was a fine experience. Lucas is a good guy open to talk. Sometimes he seems to forget that your shift doesn't get extended just because there aren't enough volunteers to give a hand, so it's just about reminding that to him or come to an agreement. Also, clear communication would be ideal. If you have a WhatsApp group use it instead of texting each one separately.

Minha experiência no hostel foi muito boa, primeira vez em um hostel, rapidinho entendi a dinâmica e as tarefas muito simples de serem realizadas. Não tive muito com com o Lucas pois logo que cheguei ele saiu de férias e o Pedro seu amigo que ficou na liderança. As tarefas são simples e os horários sempre muito flexíveis. Pude me conectar com vários outros viajantes de diversos lugares do mundo. Gratidão pelo acolhimento e já é um lugar que pretendo voltar

Gerenciei o hostel do Lucas enquanto ele tirava férias, e foi uma experiência desafiadora e enriquecedora. Fui responsável por toda a parte de logística, atendimento aos hóspedes, gerenciamento de reservas e redes sociais.
