Nossos horários são bem definidos, com tarefas estabelecidas num check list para facilitar o trabalho e para que o voluntário possa aproveitar mais seus horários vagos. Oferecemos café da manhã todos os dias,almoço de segunda-feira a sexta-feira e muito mais. Escreve pra gente.

Fue una buena decisión hacer mi primer voluntariado en el Bona, desde el momento en el que llegué me recibieron con una sonrisa, los brazos abiertos y lindas energías. El staff super amiguero y buena onda, tanto que aunque nos conocemos hace poco tiempo conectamos como si fueramos amigos de toda la vida. Nuestra gerente, Ana, siempre para lo que necesitamos. Dispuesta a prestar un oído, unas palabras y su tiempo. La experiencia superó todas mis expectativas y siempre siempre cada unas de las personas con las que compartí este viaje van a tener un lugarcito en mi corazón! <3

Estou muito feliz em ter tido a oportunidade de voluntariar novamente no Bona. Dessa vez o que me trouxe aqui foi uma pessoinha pra lá de especial que não tem noção do tamanho do seu coração: a nossa anfitriã Ana. Ela é uma pessoa maravilhosa que cuida de cada detalhezinho da nossa casa. A Ana está fazendo um trabalho fantástico no Bona quando se fala em gestão. Eu tenho muito orgulho de poder de dizer que faço parte dessa família, porque é exatamente assim q a gente se sente aqui. É um lugar que te exige, mas que te entrega o dobro. Aqui nós somos respeitados. Muito amor pelo Bona obg Ana ❤️

O Bona é um hostel com uma ótima estrutura, bem localizado e com certeza é a melhor opção de Balneário Camboriú. Ana é uma ótima gestora, flexível com turnos e sempre disponível para tirar dúvidas e ajudar os staffs. As tarefas e turnos são tranquilos, cada turno com um checklist para não ficar pesado em apenas um turno; isso ajuda demais. Fiz grandes amizades que com certeza guardarei com carinho!
