Nossos horários são bem definidos, com tarefas estabelecidas num check list para facilitar o trabalho e para que o voluntário possa aproveitar mais seus horários vagos. Oferecemos café da manhã todos os dias,almoço de segunda-feira a sexta-feira e muito mais. Escreve pra gente.

El hostel es un hostel lindo en cuanto a estructura y espacios. Mi experiencia fue positiva principalmente por la convivencia con los demás voluntarios. Sin embargo, en el voluntariado dentro del área de limpieza viví situaciones de maltrato por parte de una funcionaria, que generaron un ambiente laboral incómodo. El desayuno y el almuerzo tampoco fueron lo que se prometía inicialmente. Además de que fui expulsada, quedando en una situación difícil al tener que buscar alojamiento en plena temporada y fechas festivas. Afortunadamente, pude quedarme algunos días más mientras encontraba alquiler.

Bona tem uma estrutura e localização ok, porém vários contras. Café da manhã precário, almoço tbm e esse não é todos os dias. Colchões são sujos e mofados. Prometem 5% de comissão das reservas fechadas na recepção e não recebi as minhas e vi outros voluntários reclamando que não receberam. A pressão em cima dos volunt é de como se fossem CLT e a gerência é péssima: faz diferença no tratamento dos voluntários (os que são mais próximos tem os erros mais relevados), tem rivalidade feminina (opinião quase unânime entre os voluntários) e manda embora os q não fazem mt questão de ser amigos dela.

Tuve una experiencia excelente en el hostel a través de Worldpackers. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Laura y todo el equipo, que hacen un trabajo increíble y te hacen sentir bienvenida desde el primer día. Todo el equipo es muy amable y organizado. El hostel es limpio, seguro, tranquilo y bien estructurado, lo que hace que la experiencia de voluntariado sea realmente agradable. Me voy muy agradecida por lo vivido y lo recomiendo totalmente 💛

El hostel fue una experiencia linda donde me diverti y aprendí mucho. Me pude sumergir en la cultura brasilera y hablar portugués cada vez un poco mejor. El hostel es súper cómodo y la ubicación es excelente. Frida, la perrita del hostel que siempre que quieras unas caricias está presente. Sin dudas recomiendo Bona porque se ganó un pedazo de mí corazón.
