The Experience

We are looking for an experienced Bar-woman to help us with evening shifts at the bar. The tasks include cleaning the communal, reception and bar area, helping to prepare and sell drinks, engaging with the guests and informing them of promotions and helping at the reception desk when needed. We are looking for a friendly person with proactive attitude and good communication skills who can confidently engage with and wellcome guests to the bar.

I really enjoyed my 2 weeks at Oswaldos place. The tasks were totally manageable and sometimes he told me that I don't need to work at all. Oswaldo is very fun to be around, responsible and always respects the working hours. Additionally he tries to make the stay as enjoyable as possible, so I was able to explore Mancora on my own accord as well. Would definitely recommend working with Oswaldo! 🌞🌊🤞🏼

It was an amazing stay I had at the guest house. The staff is super friendly and it's absolutely beautiful (the houses aswell as the beaches in mancora). I stayed for only one week(stayed around longer) but had a lot of fun working and staying there. Can definitely recommend the place!
