The Experience
Our hostel is a wooden lodge with a great atmosphere and stunning mountains, located in the woods but very close to the bus, shop, restaurant, and trails. We are looking for help with all tasks around hostel and our families like reception, cleaning, socializing with guests, babysitting my kids. We will ask you to work 1-2 days (17h) so that you have lots of time. Thank you

A truly positive experience. The hostel is set in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers. The work is relaxed and well-organized, allowing plenty of free time to explore the area and enjoy the outdoors. Evening events include games, pierogi and barbeque. The atmosphere at the hostel is friendly and welcoming. The hostel pets—Mao, Mia, and Majka—add a special charm and make the place feel even more like home. Marzena, best host so far.. supportive, approachable, and always ready to help. I can highly recommend and will surely be back :)

Had the most amazing month at GBL! For my first volunteering experience it was such a warm and welcoming environment and was the best place to meet heaps of new people from all over the world! There is also endless amounts of hikes to explore. The work was super straightforward and quick to learn. Thanks so much to Marzena and everyone I met along the way. Would highly recommend for future volunteers!

This was my first worldpackers experience and I'm so so grateful it was at GBL!! I've had the best month here hiking, eating pierogis, and spending time with the cats, guests, and other volunteers. Everybody has been so friendly and welcoming and I'm going to miss this little home so much! I really can't recommend it enough to anyone thinking of volunteering here :)
