I'm feeling like im leaving my home and couldn't ask for a better first volunteer experience. Emma, Kat, and the other volunteers are super friendly and always make you feel at home :) The hostel is cozy and full of travelers from all over the world. The work is easy and fun with the other volunteers, and you have a lot of time left to explore the city. Would 100% recommend being part of this hostel

Volunteering at a place like this felt like sunshine! The atmosphere was always very warm and cozy, work was easy and fun thanks to the lovely team we had. There was a lot of opportunities to explore the land as well. This hostel will make you feel at home:)

I've had a lovely few weeks at the hostel! The whole team, including our manager Emma, the receptionist Kat, and the other volunteers, has been very welcoming and grew quickly into family. 🥰 The tasks are easy and well explained; questions always answered if there are any. 😊 This was my first volunteer experience, and I highly recommend this place to everyone who loves the Scottish Highlands and wants to make friends from all over the world. 🌎😍 I definitively want to come back next year! ❤️

I didn't want to leave, it was my first experience and I couldn't be happier to have spent this time there, everyone is friendly and you will feel welcome from your first step inside the hostel. The job is very easy to do and you will have plenty of time to explore Scotland.

The experience was short but great, I would definitely recommend and come back again! The managers were super humorous, patient, kind, and gave me support from the beginning to the end! I was lucky to meet volunteers of various nationalities who helped me to develop my activities in a very humorous way. The hostel is well located, the work is easy, the hours are respected, the place is comfortable. The city is beautiful and has options for fun! I want to thank you all in general and wish you more trips and amazing experiences! A big hug!!!

I had the best time here. It was my first World Packers experience and it did not disappoint. The management and other volunteers were all amazing throughout my stay. Issues were handled quickly and I was welcomed in so fast. the hostel is a lovely little city and I loved meeting all of the travelers and locals. There was opportunity to explore other areas of the country with partnered hostels and flexibility if you are plan ahead. The night shift and cleaning shift were both well explained and neither was a drag. I am so so glad I came to the hostel ◡̈

I had an amazing time at the the hostel and would come back in a heartbeat! Jo, Jeanie, Ger, and the rest of management were awesome, as were all my fellow volunteers. The work was as described and there was plenty of down-time to spend exploring northern Scotland. The building itself is a such a cool place to relax and hangout. Would highly recommend to all. I totally recommend volunteering at the hostel the hostel! My first volunteer experience and I really hope I can go back some day. The place is beautiful and comfy, you really feel at home, a couple blocks away from the city center and the river perfect for going out and exploring and connecting with nature. But the highlight was the people, from the moment I walked in I felt welcome into this huge family of volunteers and travelers, made friends for life. Thank you!! Experience 10/10
