The Experience

Island Vibe is a beach destination that provides guests with fun and party vibes, a host of activities, and value for money accommodation and meals. You will be required to promote all of the above, be a friendly and active member of the team and perform your duties responsibly. Bartending and restaurant duties will be your main focus, including initiating and promoting parties. Assisting with activities on ad hoc basis when help is needed.

What an awesome experience working at this beaultiful and crazy the hostel! Very friendly staff, incredible parties, great tours and a perfect place to surf. Thanks to everyone who made this experience so special!

The hostel is an amazing place to meet awesome people and surf :) I had a magical moment there, walking at the beach and seeing dolphins right in front! It is a party place, beautiful nature and landscape! South Africa is still one of my favorite countries in the world. Tip: use Baz Bus to move around and if you walk to Supertubes (20min) you will see some of the best waves in the world!!!
