The Experience

We're looking for a superhero to join our family! As a Packer, you'll collaborate with the daily cleaning and housekeeping activities, as well as administrative activities. Cooking is our common activity, we all cook together. So, if you feel like sharing & learning cooking skills, you're welcome to cook with us the hostel dinners. If you have handyman skills, it is a plus, not required. Sometimes we have general things to be fixed.

This was the best month of my life hands down. I am so grateful to Alex, arwin, and especially Elsa for creating a welcoming and fun family environment. If you are outgoing person who wants to explore an amazing city and party while being a part of a hostel family then the hostel is perfect for you :)

This exeperience was way better than I could ever possibly imagine. the hostel is a hostel made for people (guests and volunteers) to feel at home, and is exactly this feeling that allows us to become a family. I builted genuine connections between other volunteers that I won't ever forget, guests that became real friends which I will keep in touch. Alex and Arwin are wonderful people that really worked hard to make the hostel a hostel that matters about people in the first place. I am very very glad to be part of this. Thank you the hostel! P.S: The job is pretty chill.

I had the absolute best time volunteering at the hostel! The hostel is small and therefore super homey, it felt like we were living in a shared flat. The shifts are very chill and you have more than enough time to explore and enjoy the city. Big thanks to Alex and Arwin and especially to Elsa for being such a good manager. I can 100% recommend volunteering here, I would do it again in a heartbeat!

I absolutely loved staying there for a month, it was one of the best experiences of my life! I met so many amazing people, practiced my english, and learned about different cultures. The work was easy and everyone was always willing to help each other. Alex, Arwin, and Elsa were wonderful to me, always kind, helpful, and patient. All the other volunteers were also incredibly special, and I already miss everyone so much! This isn't a goodbye, but a see you soon, because I really want to come back! ❤️

My six weeks at the hostel were honestly unforgettable. From day one, it felt like I already knew everyone, the vibe was so natural and easy. It has the perfect mix between work, fun, and those late night talks in the common area that make you feel at home even miles away. Budapest completely stole my heart, and a big part of that was because of the people I met here. I'm so grateful for every laugh, family dinner, and dance we had. I'll definitely be back💃 SALUD 🥂
