I had a wonderful time in the hostel. David made us feel very welcome, the work was easily doable and it was really nice getting to know other volunteers. We also had enough free time to explore, Scotlands nature is beautiful.

Working at the hostel was a very enriching experience. The work is easy and even fun since you do it with the other volunteers. Speaking of - I met the funniest and nicest people there! Not only the volunteers but David too. He really cares much about the wellbeing of everyone and is extremely flexible with managing the days off. I would love to come back one day. It felt like a second home. Happy Days!

Volunteering in the hostel was amazing. David is super kind and really makes you feel at home. The tasks are clear and easy, nothing stressful at all, it's a very relaxed place. The other volunteers are also wonderful. Honestly, if you're thinking about coming here, do it. You'll have a great experience, and I truly recommend it :)

It was an incredible experience in the hostel. The manager, David, is friendly, helpful and was very patient with my English, always trying to help me understand. The work is simple and relaxed, and the place is beautiful, surrounded by nature. There are markets, cafés and fast food outlets nearby, which makes things much easier. I felt very welcome and at home during my stay. I made some good friends, enjoyed my time here and hope to return one day. :)

My experience at the hostel has been nothing short of fantastic. Working with David has been incredibly easy and he is very clear about the hours, days, and expectations for the work volunteers are tasked with. While the facilities are not new, the hostel is very clean making the living situation extremely relaxing and comfortable. In addition, the location of the hostel is very convenient as it is only about a 10 minute walk to the grocery stores and the town centre. I could not recommend this place more.

This was my first volunteering experience and it was truly positive. the hostel and its surroundings are surrounded by nature, offering peace, tranquility, and countless trekking routes with beautiful landscapes. The hostel is cozy and welcoming; I felt very comfortable during my stay. Tasks are simple, and the work schedule is well organized, giving plenty of time to explore. David is friendly and attentive, making sure you feel at ease. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a rewarding volunteering experience in nature.

The hostel is a perfectly located hiker's paradise right at the heart of the West Highlands. As a volunteer, you'll have plenty of time to explore all the easily reachable attractions and hiking trails in the area. The hostel itself is very cosy with a beautiful lounge and stunning outside views, while the outdoor firepit offers a great spot for both guests and volunteers to gather in the evenings. I felt welcome right from the start and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Thanks again to everyone who made my time here so special. Highly recommended!

I stayed for a month. And I enjoyed every single day. My stay was wonderful, the managers are awesome. There was something at anytime, I really liked the hostel; it's so pretty and the Hostel is beautiful as well. I'd totally recommend to volunteer here and see it for yourself!

I had a great time volunteering in the hostel. The hostel is in a great location with gorgeous views. The work is pretty simple, and when it's all done, you have plenty of time to explore the local area (including Ben Nevis, if you prefer). You will meet people all over the world - both volunteers and guests :) This was my first Worldpackers experience, which came with some unforeseen challenges I had to deal with. The team there were very understanding and supportive. So if you're a first-time volunteer I also recommend this experience.
