The Experience
Hi! We are a small hostel in the Scottish highlands, we are needing a volunteer to help us with general household duties. Making beds, hoovering, toilets/showers, gardening etc. Cleaning starts at 10:30 am until 14:30 pm so you still have your day to explore. 24hrs work a week, 6 days a week for 4 hrs a day. If you think you'd be a great fit for the team let us know!

I stayed for a month. And I enjoyed every single day. My stay was wonderful, the managers are awesome. There was something at anytime, I really liked the hostel; it's so pretty and the Hostel is beautiful as well. I'd totally recommend to volunteer here and see it for yourself!

I had a great time volunteering in the hostel. The hostel is in a great location with gorgeous views. The work is pretty simple, and when it's all done, you have plenty of time to explore the local area (including Ben Nevis, if you prefer). You will meet people all over the world - both volunteers and guests :) This was my first Worldpackers experience, which came with some unforeseen challenges I had to deal with. The team there were very understanding and supportive. So if you're a first-time volunteer I also recommend this experience.

Volunteering at the hostel was an amazing experience! The atmosphere is super welcoming, the staff are fun, friendly and made every day lighter and enjoyable. The tasks were very reasonable and well organized, giving me plenty of time to explore the beautiful surroundings. I truly felt at home and will miss this place a lot. The hostel Willy became my place for 4,5 months and I will never forget this time. This hostel is cozy and welcoming and the stuff is absolutely amazing. I have unbelievable memories that I will never forget. So much laughter and just good times... I would recommend it to everyone who wants to half a lot of fun, good talkes, fun nights at the pub or who is a nature lover. The nature around it is absolutely stunning. I will come back. I found a home there and I already miss it so much! I love you guys

The hostel staff were very friendly. And the work was only 4 hours a day, I went hiking in the nearby hills after work. On my day off, I did traverses of Ben Nevis and other nearby mountains. The hostel is close to the mountains, making it a great choice for nature lovers.
