I had a great time during my 1 month stay here. The hostel had great facilities and is in a really good location near central Kyoto. The other volunteers and hostel staff were really friendly, and we had many fun socials together. Work was fair and we would usually finish early. I'd highly recommend volunteering here if you want to experience life right in the heart of Kyoto :)

The hostel was a very nice and chill volunteer experience for me. The work was simple, hours were short, since we often finished early, and the staff was really friendly. During my stay there were also many other friendly volunteers who made the stay even more fun. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to explore Kyoto and the area around. (Also very central location, right next to the river for some nice walks after work) Thank you for everything! :)

Had a really good time in the hostel ! The staff is really nice and welcoming, and the working hours are light. The guest house is also well located, and the other volunteers I met there were amazing ! The team occasionally organise parties with all of the staff, which is really nice to meet everyone. I can only recommend !

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel. I was initially surprised to be placed at Sign (their other guesthouse), but the accommodation was modern and in a great location. The staff were also really friendly - they let me borrow their bikes and even took all the volunteers out to dinner, which was a great way to meet everyone. The workload varied a bit over my stay but was never more than the three hours. Overall I'd definitely recommend this experience to anyone wanting to explore Kyoto!

I had an amazing time at the hostel!! I was welcomed with so much warmth and kindness, and the team here actively makes a huge effort to welcome their volunteers. There are lots of opportunities to socialize and become close to the people you work with. The location is very central, and we did not work for more than 2 or so hours a day. I enjoyed my time here immensely and I hope to visit again in the future when I come back to Kyoto!

I had a really good experience in the hostel. All the staff was warm and welcoming and the work was very simple. Usually we only worked for two hours so you will have a plenty of free time. The dorm is very comfortable and you will have a lot of privary in your own pod. The hostel has also a nice common area with kitchen where you can socialise with the guests. The hostel is in a good location and it is possible to do many trips around Kyoto and nearby areas. Would definetly recommend this volunteering experience!
