What you offer

Hours per week: Help out and collaborate with your host only a few hours per week.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

The Experience

Become a part of a small international team, in a beautiful location in the south of France. Use, or improve your language skills helping us with the preparation and cleaning of our incredible hotel rooms (4****).We would also like some general help in the club house and restaurant, serving and clearing the tables. We went with my husband for two months. They welcomed us very well, we found beautiful people with whom we had fun, Luna, Reagan, Jane, Mel and Elisa are on the staff and they made us feel at home, With them we had a beautiful experience working as a team. Joanna and Richard are excellent people, we never lacked for anything. The only negative thing I have to say is that we had to go through a very bad time with an employee named Macia who was very disrespectful, a liar and a bad person. My only advice is that If possible, do not interact with her because she is a conflictive person.

The staff were all very lovely and welcoming despite the language barrier as me and my friend could only speak English. We always felt welcome and the views from the golf course are amazing !! Everyone always gave us ideas on what to do on our days off. Only downside is that the golf resort is so far away from the main town you will have to organise everything in advance if you want to go somewhere, otherwise it's about an hour walk down to the town.

I was at the hotel 2 month and i really enjoyed my stay. I went with my wife as a team and we felt really confortable in there. Richard and Joanna are great hosts trying to be always attentive to what we needed and our health. They helped every time with buying at the grocery, working together and supporting everything we we're doing. For me personally, i felt really well working there doing a lot of different thing and stuffs. The staff was the best, we founded big people with huge hearts. We made friends and that's something i I stand out from the people of the club. Thank you so much!

My experience at the Golf was really special! The place is superb, and I felt really touched by the mountains and the nature there! The apartment is very comfortable and has everything we need. Also, my expenses with food were reimbursed, also the transport. By the time I was there, the hosts Richard and Jo were absent, but the staff were really nice with me <3 Marcia and Mell, who I worked the most with, were really generous and welcoming and the work was easy to learn (: By personal reason, I had to leave early, but I'd definitely come back and recommend this experience!

I was in Bagnères from October to December. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed into a great team. The environment felt very familiar and the food was excellent. Besides, the work was well explained and not too hard. We were encouraged to travel on our days off, leading me to visit Pau, Toulouse, Bayonne and even Saint Sebastian. The trips were generously reimbursed Talking to locals and having French lessons helped me improve a lot Overall, I highly recommend the experience, and I would gladly do it again anytime, gaining inside into another culture with continuous support from great people
