The experience

We are a team of international staff working in a guesthouse in the middle of Naha, Okinawa. Work will be 3-4 hours a day / 5 days a week in exchange for a bed in our dormitory. You are mostly expected to help with the cleaning, but you are more than welcome to chat with other guests and make new friends (:

Please note that a Tourist visa will not allow to work legally in Japan, you will need a Working Holiday, Working visa or a Student visa!

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Intermediate English

Over 22 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
