The Experience

You will be excepted to work in a team with other helpers and be respectful and mindful to others. Light duties consist of helping with checking guests in, interacting with others, taking payments and general cleaning. We work in a relaxed enviroment and enjoy what we do, if you feel you can contribute and have what it takes, we want to here from you. If you arrive and do not contribute you will not allowed to stay with us.

Volunteering at the hostel was truly an incredible experience. Tim and his family are incredibly kind, friendly and always available to help with anything you need. It was during this experience that I discovered how much I like working with hospitality. One important note: You need to feel comfortable interacting with the guests and be nice to them. This was my second time visiting this Hostel. Nothing more than a wonderful experience. I had a fantastic time in Liverpool. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and it felt like a home environment. I can honestly recommend this place to any volunteers. Missing the place already💕💕💕

From the very first day, they made me feel at home, and that made my time in Liverpool even more special. Tim and Kate are really nice and always care about everyone's well-being. I initially applied to stay for two months and ended up staying for five! The work and schedule are always respected, and the hostel is very well-maintained and clean. Liverpool is a wonderful city, we have easy transportation options. the hostel is a great place to make friends from all over the world and if you want to practice English, it's the right place.I had wonderful experiences with the other staff members.
