I loved the experience of working in the hostel . Effie is a great host, the tasks were easy and I not only enjoyed my work but also met amazing volunteers and guests along the way . The hostel is also really nice and I would definitely love to go back one day .

I didn't know what to expect but the best experience I could have hoped for. Effie the host and her team followed through on everything and more. Flexible within reason, and they have been established for 9+ years so she and her team were able to help me navigate the big city of Bangkok, its attractions and how to get around. Not only a good volunteer experience but made friends as well. Thank you the hostel owners and staff (Motu staff too!).

Effie, summer and the team were great. Hostel was clean and a great place to chill and relax. The bar is perfect to work in if you want to immerse yourself in the thai community as it's filled with locals and tourists as well as it's close proximity to attractions. Effie is an amazing host, always smiling, welcoming and always feeding me. Overall great experience in bangkok.

First of all I have to say thank you to the whole team and staff. They welcomed me so kindly and helped me to feel like home in their hostel. It was my first volunteer position and I can highly recomend it. The tasks are exactly like in the description. They are pretty simple and you can get a good impression about the work at a reception. They will let you have a lot of free time, so you can explore Bangkok easily.. The place is super clean and well organized. The team-dorm is also very comfortable. I hope I can come back soon :)

As my first volunteering experience (and first time traveling outside my country), the hostel welcomed me very well. I had a great time together with Grace, Wave, Book, Effie and the volunteers at the Motu bar, gonna miss them. The hostel is very well located, close to the subway and boat stations, temples and several restaurants, as well as close to ChinaTown. Thank you very much Effie and Soda for welcoming me to your hostel and giving me this opportunity!

I had a great time at Hostel the hostel&Bike. The volunteers were all nice. The working hours were respected and easy. Perfect location to reach a lot of interesting spots by foot.
