Volunteering at the hostel is the best WorldPackers experience I've had so far. I love this place. The work is easy and fun. The management team really cares about the volunteers and does so many things to make us feel good and appreciated. Other volunteers at the hostel are A M A Z I N G people! Always kind, always willing to help, always fun to hang out with. Guests always say this is either the best or one of the best hostels they've been to and I'm not surprised at all. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Forever grateful for this opportunity.

It was an amazing experience working and staying in the hostel for sure I recommend. Was an amazing month, I'm very thankful with all the staff an special to monika she was always there helping me and all the volunteer with everything ❤️. The hours are very good and the shifts are very easy-going. The schedule we organize with the others volunteers so allows you to plan others trips during your stay. The place is very beautiful and cozy the room we got to shared was very comfortable and nice Thank you so much for allowed me to have this beautiful experience 🥰❤️🙏

My experience at the hostel was far away the best experience I have ever had. The task are simple and the working time is more than fair (some times I thought it was even much less work compared to all the rest of my experiences). And it's even fun the way they organice the task. It makes it more enjoyable. But there's something I would love to tell: Monika (who has a enormous and beautiful heart) has a super power on selecting amazing people.the hostel gave a the opportunity to make a beautiful family far away of my home. I wish everyone had the opportunity to live this at least once.

I really enjoyed my time! I needed a little longer to adjust because life was a little slower! But that was also a good aspect! I just needed some time to figure out a routine. The hostel is very cozy and intimate! Everyone of the staff IS super nice! And it's really great that you get a little allowance per week! Overall I really enjoyed my time there and will definitely visit!!

I've worked in a few hostels around Europe, both on Worldpackers and other sites, but I can easily say this was one of the best hostel experiences I've ever had! The work is easy and fun, very very flexible! I extended my trip twice and would have loved to have stayed longer too!! I highly recommend the hostel to anyone thinking about applying! I loved my time at Ruthi! The team is amazing and everybody is there to help you if you need. The volunteers team has a lot of autonomy which is great for you as a group because you have space and time to become friends. The work is pleasent and easy to learn and to do. You have a lot of free time and many benefits as a volunteer (money for laundry & groceries, free dinner everynight, discounts at the bar) and the best is that you have really cool people around you (staff, guests, volunteers). Vienna is amazing and I bet you will feel at home really fast! I cant recommand it enough.Go for it!

I had an amazing time at the hostel and wish I could have stayed longer! The atmosphere is great – the team are so friendly and welcoming plus it's a really social hostel so it's easy to make new friends. The work is pretty straightforward and enjoyable and management are great at making sure that work does not exceed the agreed hours, leaving volunteers with plenty of free time to explore the beautiful city! Volunteers are also given a lot of freedom to allocate the work between themselves. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a fun, welcoming place to stay!!

My time at the hostel was perfect! I really loved the atmosphere there. It's a very social hostel where you can meet people easily but you also have you're own space. The work doesn't even feel like work most of the time :). The management is great and they make sure that you feel comfortable. I can definitely recommend this hostel to everyone!

Volunteering in the hostel was my favourite worldpackers experience 😊 This hostel is more than a hostel. It is very social, cozy, organized and for sure that cleanest hostel I have stayed. The atmosphere is really calming and I liked it so much that I stayed for 2 weeks more. The tasks were easy, and the first week I had a training for each different task. The schedule was done by the volunteers and I had a lot of free time. The other volunteers became my friends, but also all of the people who work in the hostel were so friendly and nice with me! Thank you for everything! 💜
