The Experience

We are looking for someone that is really responsible and wants to learn how to manage a hostel. Your task will be at the reception so you need to welcome people ( a big smile) and understand about administration. Housekeeping will be part of your day but it is really easy. All you need is to keep our bathroom clean and our facilities organized =) .

Me toco mi primera experiencia en este hostel, Eduardo fue muy cordial desde el primer momento...todo el tiempo preguntaba como me sentía y si había algo para poder sumar a la estadía. Me sentí cómoda y cuidada. Pude conocer muchas gente por el flujo de huéspedes y aprender de la cultura, me fui con un portugués mejorado gracias a la interacción de todos allí. Recomiendo al 100% este lugar para los próximos viajeros! Gracias por todo!

El hostel fue mi primer experiencia haciendo un voluntariado, y fue excelente! El hostel es precioso, el staff amoroso, me ayudaron y enseñaron todo! Siempre buena energía y vibra. Lo super recomiendo ❤️✨

Pasé un mes increíble en el hostel. Conocí personas maravillosas, los horarios siempre se respetaron y las tareas eran sencillas y agradables. Además, tuve suficiente tiempo libre para disfrutar y recorrer, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más positiva y enriquecedora.

Essa é minha segunda experiência no hostel, dessa vez tive a oportunidade de dividir as tarefas com outras 2 voluntárias, ao contrário da primeira vez que havia somente eu. Adorei conhecer as gurias, pude treinar meu espanhol diariamente e com certeza a experiência agregou muito na minha vida. o hostel do Embaú em si tem um lugar especial no meu coração e recomendo a todos conhecerem.

O hostel do Embau realmente é o paraíso na terra, uma das praias mais bonitas e tranquilas que já conheci, um lugar que não pode passar batido nunca!! Minha experiência com o Hostel em si não foi uma das melhores, falta muita organização, comunicação e liderança em relação as hosts com os voluntários. Fora que o quarto dos voluntários é totalmente insalubre, pequeno, quente e não comporta 2 pessoas quem dirá 4. O lugar tem muito potencial para crescer e se tornar um ambiente mais agradável, porém precisam pensar no bem estar dos voluntários também.
