Receber nossos hóspedes com um sorriso no rosto e mostrar nosso espaço fazendo com que eles se sintam em casa. Ser um ótimo anfitrião explicando todas as normas e regras do nosso hostel. Administrar as reservas, pagamentos, check in e check outs no nosso sistema, manutenção da limpeza do hostel e nos turnos da manhã fazer o café da manhã. No mais aquela boa troca de informação e ideias tão buscada quando se está viajando :)

The hostel one of the best experiences I had, it was a wonderful opportunity to get to know the beautiful city of Recife and create special friendships, Special thanks to Zac for his professionalism and exemplary management, This place is a good example of successful volunteer work I highly recommend it ❤️

I did not enjoy as much as I expected, the facilities in the hostel are all very old and not really taken care of, the bed linen is yellowish and the pillows were full of mould. the hostel is fun for people who doesn't mind staying up until late, the volunteer's room is right in front of the toilet for the guests of the hostel, I really didn't like it and the volunteer's room was not safe at all, we only had a old wardrobe to keep our stuff in there (which was falling apart) and there was no way to lock it! Besides all that the location of the hostel is amazing, people working in the hostel are nice!

Mi experiencia en el voluntariado en el Hostel Ramón de Arrecife fue mixta. La llegada fue buena y el voluntario a cargo explicó las tareas con claridad y tuvo un trato amable. Los anfitriones no estaban presentes durante la estadía. Las instalaciones podrían mejorar en cuanto a mantenimiento y no coincidían del todo con las fotos de la plataforma. La habitación de voluntarios requiere mejoras y su ubicación, frente a los baños del hostel, puede resultar poco cómoda. No es muy conveniente para parejas, ya que la jornada termina siendo muy extensa. Los horarios se cumplieron según lo acordado.

Agradecemos la oportunidad, pero nuestra experiencia no fue la esperada. Al llegar, los anfitriones no estaban presentes. Las instalaciones presentan fuerte olor a humedad, mantenimiento deficiente y solo dos baños compartidos para más de 20 personas. La habitación de voluntarios es pequeña, sin privacidad ni seguridad, con ruido constante de un el hostel contiguo y se encuentra frente a los baños del hostel, lo que genera olores muy fuertes dentro de la habitación. Los colchones son muy antiguos. Además, la organización de horarios no resulta adecuada para parejas.
