The hostel is a magical place, I have never met such kind people and felt so welcomed so quickly. The hostel itself is adorable, warm and cozy and very close to anything you could need in the city, the staff/hosts are exceptional, and the tasks we were assigned were simple and fun. This is the perfect place to volunteer, especially if you're new to it! I loved my time at the hostel so so much 💘 thank you all!

My experience at the hostel was amazing. It was my first time volunteering and I was a little nervous, but everyone was very nice and I really felt at home. The working hours are short which gave me time to get to know Dresden and travel to nearby cities. Also the activities you do at the hostel helped me to learn more about the local culture and connect with other travelers. I simply had a lot of fun. All the staff at the hostel are very sweet, martin and julianne were always concerned about making us feel good and at home. I would definitely recommend this place to volunteer.

My time at the hostel has been truly amazing! The staff are so friendly, and kind. They all welcomed me with open arms, and I felt at home immediately. The space is very homey, comfortable and warm (it's probably the best hostel of all time), located in a great neighborhood. The tasks mostly include hosting events for the hostel guests, which was lovely, because I had the opportunity to meet lots of interesting people from all over the world. I would do it all over again if I could! Thank you so much for everything Martin! I recommend the hostel ten times over.

One of the best volunteering experiences: a great team, an excellent hostel, wonderful travellers you meet and activities that have more to do with keeping the hostel's energy up, socialising with the guests, going out and sharing with them. An excellent breakfast, oh and so many things! Very grateful to have the opportunity to participate in the hostel and get to know the beautiful city of Dresden. I had the most incredible month at the hostel. Martin & Juliane are so kind, supportive, and genuine. They, along with the entire the hostel team, help to create an environment that makes you feel right at home. I feel so lucky to have had this experience, and I wish I could do it all over again. I highly recommend volunteering here if you want to meet great people and have a lot of fun!

I had an incredible time volunteering at the hostel! The work was enjoyable, and we had the chance to organize activities that we were passionate about. The hostel is the ideal place to have a volunteer experience in a hostel✨ The staff is very friendly and helpful👍🏻 The tasks of the volunteers are as follows: -On Wednesdays and Sundays you have to cook for free dinner for 20-30 people while maintaining a set budget. -on Tuesdays is karaoke night: the volunteers' task is to put on music from a PC from 8 pm to 12pm -help if it's necessary with breakfast and late check in to 12 to 1 am -on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays you have to choose an activity with the guest -on Friday is the day off but you have a lot of free time. 😆

Honestly my stay at the hostel was a 10/10. The team and the other volunteers were amazing and i would 100% recommend it to other volunteers! It felt like home, and i don't say that lightly! Hope to see you all again soon ❤️❤️

The hostel is the best place to stay, you can trust that! Even if it's as a volunteer or as a guest, you will definitely feel at home there! The place itself is very cosy and cool, with a lot of decorations and nice stuff; the rooms are big and with a lot of sunlight, the bathrooms are always clean (just as everything else) and the kitchen is really well-equipped. Everybody was so kind and friendly all the time; Martin, Jules and all the other workers were always very receiving, caring and clear about the tasks we had to do. I had the greatest time ever, just loved it all and recommend it a lot!!!
