So my experience volunteering at the hostel was absolutely amazing. I'll keep it short because there's alot to say. Firstly the staff were so lovely, friendly and always willing/interested to talk. They engaged with the activities and made the hostel feel so welcoming. The responsbilities as a volunteer were very open to what you want to do (I reccommend cooking, this was my way of connecting haha) but having the freedom made it alot of fun. I met people from all around the world, went for hikes, went out to the bars and stayed up late playing board games. Highly reccommend. Thanks the hostel

Definitely it was the best experience I had as a volunteer! The people are super friendly and communicative. The place is beautiful, super clean, and close to everything you want to do in Dresden! I took away a beautiful memory!

My time at the hostel was incredible! I really don't have anything to complain about!! The best hostel I've ever stayed, I love the cozy vibes and I met so many cool people!! All the staff is super nice and welcoming, always making sure we're doing well and having a good time. The events don't even sound like work because it's always so much fun getting to explore Dresden with lovely people! I'd definitely recommend and come back, big thanks to Juliane, Martin, Nova, Emma, Lilith and Bill for the incredible kindness 🫶🏽

I had the best weeks of my life at the hostel, do this volunteer you will not regret. Dresden is a charming city and I felt like I belonged there thanks to the hostel. The entire team is super friendly and kind, talking to Juliane is a privilege she is amazing, i'll miss her so much. The tasks are just organizing events throughout the week, and you have a lot of free time to explore the city. I wanted to leave my heartfelt thanks to Juliane, Martin, Lilith, Bill, Nova, Emma, Jula, and Mariana. I left feeling like I left my heart at the hostel and in Dresden. 💗

The hostel is Just a big family ❤️ All the staff Is super, they make sure that everything is okay and that you feel home. They also give you a lot of advices about where to go in Dresden! The work is easy, is mostly about mantaining a social atmosphere: organize events for the guests and cook for them twice a week. You have a lot of free time!! The other volunteers were amazing, I met a lot of nice and lovely people. I'm really glad that my first experience as a volunteer was in the hostel, it's one of the best experiences in my life ❤️ Totally reccomend It!!!

Esta fue mi primera experiencia con WorldPackers y no pudo haber sido mejor. Aunque no haya interactuado mucho con Martin porque se había ido de vacaciones, junto al equipo del hostel y los voluntarios, me hicieron sentir como en casa. Al ser temporada baja, las tareas fueron súper sencillas y me permitieron recorrer la ciudad y sus alrededores. Además, cuando les dije que tenía que irme antes de lo acordado, fueron muy flexibles y no tuvieron problema en arreglar una nueva fecha. Una experiencia increíble que repetiría seguro!

The experience at the hostel was amazing. The team is very nice, and they're always worried that you're well with the tasks and activities. The breakfast is really good as well. The work itself is not very hard and it's quite flexible. You can also have time to explore the city and sorroundings. It is also a great opportunity to practice your English and German with the guests. I would definitely recommend volunteering here.

The hostel is a magical place, I have never met such kind people and felt so welcomed so quickly. The hostel itself is adorable, warm and cozy and very close to anything you could need in the city, the staff/hosts are exceptional, and the tasks we were assigned were simple and fun. This is the perfect place to volunteer, especially if you're new to it! I loved my time at the hostel so so much 💘 thank you all!

My experience at the hostel was amazing. It was my first time volunteering and I was a little nervous, but everyone was very nice and I really felt at home. The working hours are short which gave me time to get to know Dresden and travel to nearby cities. Also the activities you do at the hostel helped me to learn more about the local culture and connect with other travelers. I simply had a lot of fun. All the staff at the hostel are very sweet, martin and julianne were always concerned about making us feel good and at home. I would definitely recommend this place to volunteer.

My time at the hostel has been truly amazing! The staff are so friendly, and kind. They all welcomed me with open arms, and I felt at home immediately. The space is very homey, comfortable and warm (it's probably the best hostel of all time), located in a great neighborhood. The tasks mostly include hosting events for the hostel guests, which was lovely, because I had the opportunity to meet lots of interesting people from all over the world. I would do it all over again if I could! Thank you so much for everything Martin! I recommend the hostel ten times over.
