Staying at the hostel was just great! The place is incredible, like a palace with a swimming pool, nice accommodations, restaurant and an amazing terrace to chill, chat and see the sunset. It's located inside the medina of Marrakesh, within few minutes from many "souks" and the vibrant main square, but once you are inside you feel the laid-back atmosphere of a Moroccan "Riad". The best though is the staff: everybody is really friendly and helpful, you feel warmly welcomed! Xavi is also a really nice boss, kind and flexible with the days off. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The first day I was here I was in awe of how big and beautiful this hostel is. Xavier is a very open and cool guy. Whatever problem or difficulty you encounter he'll try his best to solve it immediately. The tasks are pretty easy and you have enough time to do your own thing. Also the hostel is enchanting!! It might sound cliche but in the 6 weeks I was here I really felt I was leaving some family members behind. Great people; great hostel. Highly recommended!!

My experience in the hostel for sure was the most amazing (and exotic) experience so far :) I had a really great time in the hostel and exploring Morocco. Since I arrived, all the staff, made me feel at home (even with all the cultural and language differences). The hostel is definitely a palace, really cool and the perfect place to meet a lot of interesting travelers. I just need to say thank you for my new Moroccan friends for all the fun at work and for sharing a bit of your interesting culture in those 2 months. "Sucran", the hostel :)

My staying at the hostel was simply the best, they have an awesome place, location and structure wise, with the most thoughtful staff I have come across. There I had the chance to work and meet people from the whole world with the most different cultures and points of view, making the this an incomparable experience. I truly recommend it

I remember how amazed I was when I first arrived at the hostel… it looks like an old mystical Arabic castle, plenty of beautiful details and an unique architecture style. The weather was very pleasant and in the next morning I could see and listen to so many birds, and also butterflies. It was epic! The work is ok..serving breakfast, taking orders from guests during lunch time.. there is also a reception shift, so it depends on what you are gonna be assigned to. You can also help out watering the plants. The staff is amazing so you'll feel at home in this place, part of a big family.

I had a great time at the hostel. It's a big place, nice staff and great location. They are used to have volunteers for a couple of years and usually the have two at the same time, sharing one small room. On your spare time, you will be able to enjoy the place almost as a guest. It is one of the best hostels in the hostel and it was a great experience.

It was the perfect experience! I got to know lots of people from around the world (and I'm still in touch with them!), another culture and an amazing city, which was very different from what I'm used to. It's a way of travelling I would hardly recommend.

I had an amazing time at the hostel! It was my first volunteer experience and I don't regret it at all. The hostel is simply beautiful, the job is nice and it's so easy to meet tons of guests especially when helping at the reception. The staff is also just the best! I've had so many fun times with them! the hostel is an amazing city to explore and the hostel has the perfect location for it. Also it was great to get to experience moroccan culture more deeply than by just being there for vacations. Definitely an experience I would recommend and I'll miss the hostel for sure!
