For such a foreign country like Morocco the hostel really did scoop me up and made me feel at home. I'm forever grateful for the amazing people and connections I made both volunteers, guests, & of course yassine. I will have the memories I made at the hostel with me until the grave.

The hostel was a beautiful experience for me. I got to meet a lot of interesting people from all around the world and share moments with them. The job is easy and comfortable most of the time. Yassine is a cool guy who is interested in the volunteers having a good time and he also makes it easy for us to go out and see other cities. He makes sure to make the team feel like a family which is something that I'm grateful about.

The time at the hostel was really nice, we could practice connect not only with the guest but with the local people around the Medina. Yassine and Samira are the best, they make you feel at home and the whole team tries to help each other if anything happens. I lack the words to describe this amazing experience. Thanks for everything 🙏

I spend a month in the hostel, it was an amazing experience. The environment, the travellers, the customers, the collegues, the manager, everything went well. The Fes city is a spirit and beautiful place to be and to relax. There is a good energy as much in the hostel and in the city. A do absolutely I recommand it 100% ❤️

My experience at the hostel was overall good! The hostel's facilities and beds are very good and comfortable. This is a good place to get away and relax, if you need some quiet time. I applied for the arts position and Yassine gave me a lot of freedom to do what I want and to organise my own hours. This is good when you are doing a creative project. All the tools and materials were provided. I was overall satisfied with what I got to create here at the hostel.

Working at the hostel was an interesting experience. I was called to support the social media and make new photos to put on channels like Booking. Flexible hours. Another great thing is that the hostel welcomes many travelers. The breakfast and dinner are excellent and bring a lot of the Moroccan culture. The points that I could suggest for improvement: to have a fixed space for the volunteers. It would also be nice to promote, in addition to the Walking Tour, other types of tours for us to get to know the region even more. I recommend the experience!

In total i spent 10 days out of 30 In the first days everything was perfect and available I got a bed in one of the guests rooms Knowing There was a volunteer room that was in the process of being repaired and painted And we were asked to move to sleep in it Although not completed work out The situation was untidy there and the smell of dyeing, as well as the arrival of repair workers there in the morning Which makes it inconvenient for us to shift our efforts into our volunteer hours Which made me ask for dialogue in order to discuss the situation As a result I was expelled in an unethical

I felt very welcomed when I arrived at the hostel. Yassine was lovely and so were the rest of the volunteers. I also very much enjoyed the live music and the food cooked by Samira was delicious! However, I felt there was a lot of miscommunication around the art. I was looking forward to painting my designs on the walls, but that didn't happen. As an experienced artist/ designer, I am used to working with briefs. There wasn't one here which is fine, but it would perhaps save disappointment for future artists if the owner knew what art he wanted in the hostel and was clear about it.
