I can't describe how good was my experience in A Room In the City, San Sebastian. The hostel is fantastic and it is located in a perfect spot close from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe which is Playa de La Concha and Playa de Zuriola.
Amazing local food and events going on all the time around the the city. The hostel is connected with the local culture and has a staff that makes sure the guests and the workers living this experience in very good and positive way.
I will never forget how much worth it was to work here and I hope one day come back.

Thank you San Sebastian!

My first experience as volunteer could not be better! San Sebastián is magic, its beauty and charm stares us all over. I had the chance to visit wonderful places on Basque Coast thanks to the flexible schedule and 4-days off per week. Hostel's location is excelent, very close to the beach. Reception work was not difficult and Martin was there to help anythime.
I'd enjoyed so much that I've asked to extend my stay, thank you A Room in the City :)

Weel, it was my first experience of volunteering and my first time in Spain. The place is very Incredible, perfect to disconnect from the daily routine. This experience helped me a lot to relax e to know people from different parts of the world.
However, a family relationship has been created with the other volunteers, and this is very essential to collaborate in synergy.
Martin and Estefi are responsible people and help you in any doubt. I found kind people who will be always in my heart. Enjoy your stay in San Sebastián, I really recommend it.
