I loved my experience in the hostel! I stayed there for over a month and a half and i had the best time ever. Nadià is the most amazing person ever she always has a smile on her face, she's positive understanding and kind. Louis is the awesome guy who you can crack jokes with while having breakfast, or the one who's going to help you make the perfect bbq! The rooms are amazing and super cozy. The work is easy and doesn't take a long time to finish. You can go around by Uber and Bolt which is nice. I think that's about it! Loved my stay i for sure recommend it❤️

It was a really good experience! The hostel is comfy and the room for volunteers is perfect. The daily work isn't hard but it is everyday, without day off. For me it was ok, I didn't need a day off. Nadia is the cutest person, always so understanding. I will never forget her first hug to me, it was so warm! If you want to surf and you're beginner, its better if you pay classes in a surf school because isn't so easy to go by yourself I enjoyed to stay in front of the beach and watch the sunset everyday but without my Schemetterling for sure this experience couldn't be so amazing (love u girls)

I had such an amazing stay at the hostel! I met so many wonderful people during my stay, including Nadia and Luis, and the other volunteers, and there was such a lovely atmosphere in the hostel. You do have to work every day but the tasks are simple and can be done very quickly so you have most of the day free. I highly recommend this experience and hope to visit again soon :)

My stay at the hostel was amazing. If you like to chill at the beach, see the sunset, go on bike rides or hiking tours, this is the perfect place to go. Nádia and Luis are geat hosts and you will feel like home from the first day on. Although you have to work every day, the tasks are really easy and don't take much time. If you want to surf you should be aware that you may have to ride the bike to another beach to have good waves. I can highly recommend this place and I will come back for sure :)

The hostel is a little corner of paradise! Nadia is an angel on earth and Luis the imp who will make you laugh. And it's a great luxury for the volunteers: the tasks are simple and quick, and the accommodation is clean, comfortable and overlooks the sea (what more could you ask for?). After that, the bike seats arent the most confortable and if you want to surf you'll have to simpathise with guest who have a car (to get around more easily). Also, Nadia chooses her team of volunteers very well, so you'll find it easy to make friends and enjoy the surrounding area. Thanks for everything :)

My stay at the hostel was such an amazing experience. Nadia and Luis are super fun and felt like family to me. The hostel space is beautiful and the volunteer bedroom is like no other, super cozy and comfy. The location is awesome right on the beach ,Consolacao is a quaint town but Peniche and Baleal are only a 10minute uber away. The work is simple and even though its every day you still have so much of your day to enjoy. I made some amazing friends during my exchange and have so many fond memories to look back on and would go back in a heartbeat . EU AMO the hostel <3

It was the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed in, with a beautiful interior (very comfy couch). The beach is only 10 steps away from the hostel - perfect for getting a sunburn! You do have to work every day, but the tasks are easy and usually don't take more than 2 hours in the morning. The main area of Peniche is a 20 minute bike ride away - a good warm up before hitting the waves, but a bit annoying sometimes. I met the most amazing people during my stay here, including Nádia and Luis! They made me feel like being part of the hostel family! Can't wait to be back :D

My stay at the hostel was an amazing experience, the beach is next to the hostel, the village is very peaceful and quiet but there are a few bars and a more young community 15 minutes away by car in Baleal or Peniche. Nadia and Luis were like parents to me, they take care of you and you can feel part of the family, we spend a lot of time together with other volunteers. The work is easy and fast, so you have a lot of free time for yourself. I had a great time in Portugal, meeting new people and spending time with my two wonderful helpers and the entire community.

Our hostel volunteering was delightful. Nadia and Louis offered warm hospitality, sharing valuable local insights. Despite occasional communication hiccups, the atmosphere was caring. Exploring the area by foot or bike, despite bike quality, was enjoyable. While it would have been nice to have a day off for longer trips, the friendships formed among volunteers and the opportunity to meet new people more than made up for it. Overall, our stay was memorable with meaningful connections. We'd gladly return and recommend without hesitation.
