Everytime I think back to my month at the hostel I think of great memories with amazing people. Thanks to Nádia and Luis, I got to be a part of a volunteer family, which has been one of the greatest experiences of my life! The work itself is not hard and takes around 2-3 hours a day once you get the routine down. Afterwards you have the rest of the day off to go surfing, exploring the surroundings, or just lay by the beach, which is literally in front of you. Thank you for everything, I cannot recommend this volunteer opportunity enough! I will definitely be back :)

This was my first volunteering experiences and I couldn't be happier Right now. From the First second on Nádia and Luís where so kind! The work was fair and I enjoyed learning all the new things. Together with the other volunteers I had a wonderful Time and I would come back right now if I could! This Place is amazing and for me it felt like a second Home :). Would recommend this experiences to everyone!

My experience at the hostel was one of the best months of my life! Peniche and the surrounding towns are so pretty, I loved being right on the beach! And getting to know the other volunteers was so fun we got to hang out all the time and had plenty of free time to surf and explore! The work is really easy when you get used to it and Nádia and Luís are so helpful with everything it was so amazing to get to know them and experience the local Portuguese culture💕 Thank you for all the great memories! I'll definitely be back!

My time at the hostel was incredible! it was my first Worldpackers experience and I have made so many treasured memories and special people :) Luis and Nadia were lovely and welcoming, they made it feel like a family and such a warm and comfortable environment. We had plenty of time to explore around, enjoy the beach and hang out making wonderful memories, it is a perfect place to chill and have time for yourself ❤️ I will definitely be back again :)

Nadia and Luis are two of the most wonderful people I have met. My experience at the hostel was truly incredible. I felt so comfortable and had the time and space to explore the area. My experience will stay with me forever and I will always be greatful. Thank you so much! I will be back to visit again!

Why is the hostel the best place to volunteer? Well, i think it is. First, you have Nádia and Luis. They are the best hosts ever, like a very cool mom and dad or that's just how I feel about them. Second, Consolaçao is great for chilling, disconnect, relax. It's the perfect getaway and you can surf here as well. Of course, my horse!Third, you are going to meet great people everyday from all over the world.Fourth, you'll become an expert at cleaning houses and doing beds, not kidding. Fifth, you'll have lots of time to think because is very peaceful. I'll come back for sure ❤️

Its a cosy hostel in a very beautiful location. Nadia & Luis are super nice people and the work is as described. Unfortunately I left earlier due to personal reasons, but I would recommend this experience to others.

I loved my time at the hostel, Nadia and Luis were absolutely wonderful and the positioning is great. The hostel is right on the beach, where you can surf or chill on the dunes. Overall amazing time there.

The hosts are really nice and the tasks - cleaning the hostel - manageable. Everything is very cozy and clean. It's a good place if you want to go surfing as you get discounts on surf lessons. Unfortunately the place is a bit off and there aren't any buses. But it's very cool that you have the beach just in front of the hostel.

My time at the hostel was lovely. I enjoyed meeting other local and international guests and had a great time by the beach. Just a quick note that this volunteer opportunity does not have any days off which would make it challenging to see more of the country while volunteering. The location of the hostel is also about 5km from Peniche and Baleal where most of the surfing happens. Nonetheless, the daily workload is reasonable and I had a great time.
