During my stay at the hostel, hosted by Mr. Unkas, I had a wonderful experience. The hostel had a warm atmosphere, and respecting the set schedules helped maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. I enjoyed learning and having fun through various activities that connected me with people from different cultures. Overall, my time there was delightful, and I left with great memories and a desire to return. I just can say Thanks for everything( Edin, Hasem and Unkas)

The hostel is a great place with lovely people! I feel glad for this experience. About the work, you can learn quickly how to do everything and is super chill. Lots of fun ! Standard hostel work - making beds, checking people in and out, doing laundry etc. Accommodation in an apartment nearby, was good to have our space separate from the hostel. Overall recommend - but be warned it can be very hot work, especially in some of the rooms. Generous host, cool coworkers and plenty of great opportunities to be social and meet cool new people :)

Great experience to meet travelers and practice English. Tasks are accurate to the description. The hostel is very well-located, close to the city center, accesible to public transportation Unkas is a nice host. It was a nice experience for me volunteering with him. I recommend this opportunity to other volunteers.

I loved my time at the hostel! As my first volunteering experience I was taught everything I needed to know. Nejira the manager was so amazing at accommodating for anything I needed and was very flexible with the schedule. I recommend this as a volunteering position, the hostel is very fun, social and eclectic. The procedures for check in and out, cleaning, and doing the beds were easy to follow. Unkas provides money for breakfasts which is a very generous amount, and the hours of work are reasonable. Sarajevo is a beautiful, very interesting and history rich city to be based in!

One of my best volunteer experiencies. The team was so nice and all the experience itself. The place is improving everyday, with systems and new routines so patience to understand the moment would make your time here amazing. Unkas and Nejira made me feel comfortable and they were amazing hosts. I'd come back anytime.

I had such a wonderful and fun time in Sarajevo ❤️ the feeling of the hostel is super chill and homely, my fellows volunteers and staff where a joy and I miss them deeply 🤗 the shifts are easy and the money for breakfast is very good! I recommend this voluntary job for everyone that wants a real contact with local culture, Sarajevo is so beautiful and interesting! Thank you so much Unkas for having me I will miss you guys!! ❤️

The hostel is an extraordinary place to volunteer at, I would absolutely recommend it. The tasks are quite easy and never overwhelming and the atmosphere of the hostel is extremely welcoming and cozy. Sarajevo is an amazing city and volunteering at this hostel is a great way to experience it!

This was my first experience as a volunteer ever and it has been one of the craziest and coolest things I've ever done! I absolutely loved it!!! In the beginning I felt really strange, since everything was new to me, such as working at a hostel and Sarajevo. The city was very shocking at first, with its tough history very vividly marked everywhere. But as days went by and I walked the city a lot, I fell in love with it! At the hostel I met INCREDIBLE people from all over the world, and my peer volunteers couldn't have been better ❤️ Highly recommend this place!! It will change you

Volunteering at the hostel was very good, the tasks are simple, the hostel is located very close to the main street so it is quite comfortable. Unkas is very nice and attentive to needs. The money for daily breakfast purchases is very good since the city is quite cheap. I highly recommend this volunteering 😁
