The Experience

We need help with letting our guest feel comfortable in our hostel. A part of this is making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, answer questions that our guest have and checking the guest in. One of the best volunteering experience for me personally! The hostel is super cozy, clean and with really nice international atmosphere. The owners Willy and Ryanne are incredible people, with such good heart and attitude towards volunteers but also guests. I really recommend this place to everyone ❤️ also the nature is sooo breathtaking, I recommend climbing volcano and do hikes around. Thank you again for such a nice time. I hope everything goes well for you.

The hostel has the perfect structure for travellers who want a nice place to stay, with a great kitchen, bathrooms with warm water a good bed and a roof that works, hahahahaha. Also they respect the work schedule and give you enough time to explore the region of Pucón, which is BEAUTIFUL.

I spent a really nice volunteering at the hostel! Carla will know how to received you and create a good vibe in the team. The task are not difficult and tired at all, but some shift are more quiet than others, and some shift let you more time to visit than other. I totally recommend !!

This was my first time using worldpackers and this experience exceeded all expectations. Willy and Michael were amazing and made me feel like family from the first day I arrived. The hostel has a chill vibe and we took turns on daily tasks. I had the afternoons free but usually, I worked on my freelance work in the hostel (wifi is great) or in a cafe in town. We ate as a family together but if I wanted to be solo, I could have done that too. On my free days, I took advantage of exploring and the guys were helpful in giving me tips on where to go. 100% recommend! I cant wait to come back!

Mi experiencia en the hostel ha sido muy buena! Will y Rya han sido unos anfitriones increíbles desde el minuto uno. Las tareas se reparten de manera equitativa (recepción, limpieza, etc.), los turnos se respetan estrictamente y hay mucha libertad y flexibilidad para conocer los alrededores de Pucon. Es uno de los mejores hostels del pueblo, por tanto se conoce a muchísima gente nueva. El hostel está muy bien situado (a dos cuadras del centro) y las instalaciones son muy buenas. Una experiencia increíble! Gracias chicos!
