My stay with Angie and Jesus was wonderful. They are both very caring and generous people who invited me to family gatherings and paid for me to do agricultural courses. I mainly looked after the animals which wad amazing and I grew really close with the dogs, I may have cried when I had to leave. It is a working farm and very rural. The sleeping quarters are very rustic but the bed is super comfortable and has an amazing view. I got a few hours free every day and I generally got the weekends free also, I just had to feed the animals. Overall great experience.

I was welcomed with open arms from Jesús and Angie. Rght from the start, I feel in love with the animals. It's a quite place where you can enjoy the nature, tranquility and animals. If you want and need a change of scenery and mind, this is your place. The work was not too strenuous, most of the times related to Maíz which they plant there. I loved taking care of the animals and learning more about planting /watering. I joined them in some courses about farming Maíz sustainably and about farming in general. Also I got to improve my Spanish, which I am very happy about.
