The experience

We are looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish) volunteer to support guest services operations at our hotel.

This role focuses on inspections, front desk support, and guest assistance, following clear checklists and procedures.

Main tasks include:
• Room inspections
• Supporting check-ins and check-outs
• Assisting guests with basic questions and requests

This role requires attention to detail, responsibility, and clear communication.


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Fluent Spanish

Over 25 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

This program supports the daily guest services operations of the hotel.

Volunteers assist with inspections, front desk support, and basic guest assistance, following clear checklists and procedures to ensure quality standards are met.


Activities & Shift

Tasks include room inspections, check-in and check-out support, assisting guests with basic requests, and reporting maintenance or housekeeping issues.

The work schedule is 25 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday.

If support is needed during a weekend event, one weekday will be swapped to keep the total at 25 hours per week.

This role requires professional behavior, discretion, and clear communication with guests and staff.

This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property, and this policy must be respected at all times.
