Program Details

Our program is designed as a structured hospitality exchange focused on night reception support in a calm and professional environment.

Volunteers will work 4 night shifts per week, 8 hours per shift, for a total of 32 hours per week.
In return, volunteers receive 3 full days (and nights) off each week, allowing time to rest, explore, or enjoy personal activities.

Night shifts are generally quiet and involve being present at the reception, assisting with late check-ins, answering guest requests, and ensuring a peaceful atmosphere throughout the night. Training and clear procedures are provided before starting, and emergency support is always available.

This program is ideal for responsible individuals who are comfortable working independently at night and who appreciate a balanced schedule with significant free time.

We value reliability, clear communication, and mutual respect, and we aim to create a positive and supportive experience for everyone involved.
