Rules

I. Basic Rules for Restaurant Operations
1. Pre-Shift Training
- All volunteers must attend a 2-hour pre-shift training covering: wood-fired pizza preparation process, safety protocols (oven use/knife handling), and basic Chinese-English menu comparisons.
- Volunteers must pass a "hands-on assessment of preparing 3 pizzas" before officially participating in kitchen work.
- Front-of-house volunteers must use standardized service phrases (provided on bilingual cards) and record special customer requests (e.g., food allergies) on the kitchen whiteboard.

2. Safety and Hygiene Non-Negotiables
- Gloves must be worn and hands sanitized before handling any ingredients. Long hair must be tied back.

II. Event Planning and Specialized Rules
Cultural Integration Activity Design
- Volunteers are encouraged to submit one "cultural integration activity proposal" per week (e.g., pizza DIY workshop + home country holiday-themed night).
- Selected proposals will receive a ¥200 material fund, and the proposer may serve as the event host.

III. Cross-Cultural Collaboration Agreement
1. Language Exchange Mechanism
- A daily 30-minute "Chinese-English phrase exchange session" will be held, where Chinese staff and volunteers teach each other 3 professional terms (e.g., dough fermentation/event flow design).
- Multilingual diagrams (e.g., oven temperature control charts with flame icons + English annotations) will be posted at key operational stations.

2. Flexible Participation System
- Volunteers may apply for a "half-day project system" (e.g., assisting with kitchen prep in the morning, independently designing promotional posters for weekend events in the afternoon).
