We’re looking for a sociable, creative person with bar skills to enhance our guests’ experience. You’ll organize fun events and activities, assist at the bar with drinks and cocktails, interact with guests, and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Outgoing, proactive, and social skills required. Accommodation included in a relaxed, multicultural environment with lots of fun.

I enjoyed this experience but not everyone might. The setting is beautiful and pretty chill but it can feel a bit isolated if there's no other volunteers or guests. The work is physical but not hard. The host, Jafeth, is kind, generous, understanding, patient, supportive, totally respected the conditions and was very flexible with these: the perfect host. However, the owner was also on-site and I found his mannerisms and behaviours challenging (but not threatening) at times. If Jafeth wasn't present I would not have stayed but for others it might be different.

Thank you for your honest feedback. Part of rebuilding this place means learning to work with the owner as he continues his recovery after a difficult time. We know this can be challenging and may not be for everyone, and we appreciate the empathy involved. I remain committed to this project until May and am truly grateful for all the kind and brave volunteers who have supported this journey.

I truly appreciate the opportunity to volunteer in the hostel, Jafeth was very kind and friendly throughout my stay. The atmosphere was sometimes a bit chaotic, and I didn't always feel fully comfortable in the accommodation provided. Despite this, the atmosphere was generally okay. I hope the hostel considers making some updates, because with a few improvements, it has the potential to offer a much better stay for future volunteers.

Jafeth es un excelente anfitrión, muy amable y pendiente. se cumplió con lo acordado es un hostal dentro de la naturaleza con vista al volcán concepción, el lugar está en renovación, bella la perrita de la casa también te da tours por la isla jaja lo recomiendo si quieres conectar con la naturaleza y la cultura local saludos a todos!

El hostel es un hostal en medio de la naturaleza con sus pequeños secretos... El hostal tiene un grandísimo potencial y fue muy gratificante formar parte de un proyecto de renovación. Jafeth es una persona increíble... nunca me faltó nada y trabajar con él fue muy constructivo. Es una persona abierta a escuchar y con grandes ideas en mente. Bela, la perrita, es la reina de la casa. Además, formé amistades muy bonitas. Un beso a todos

Jadeth es una muy buena persona y muy atento. Tuvo mucha consideración con nuestra llegada y los beneficios que nos prometió se cumplieron. Tuvimos que salir antes e incluso nos ofreció descuentos en tours después de nuestra salida. El lugar esta en renovación por lo que algunas partes estaban en sin usar desde hace tiempo con lo que eso conlleva
