It's an experience that allows you to connect with nature, meet fellow volunteers , live in a historical building and enjoy the local culture

I have been hosting volunteers for many years because for me meeting people from around the world is like going around the world without traveling ! In my other lives I have traveled a lot, lived and studied in different countries, been a professional photographer, and finally moved to this beautiful spot of the world to raise two kids on my own. My family runs a hospitality business in a very big old house which sits on a hill. I offer lots of space to volunteers and expect that they share household responsibilities with me and my family (which include cooking and cleaning the kitchen and other common areas )

Very good experience, this volunteer was going to be a transitional stage for me and enjoy all the conversations I had with the host, it helped me alot figuring it out what wanted and needed. I had alot of introspective time but most of all good and relax time while working on the given tasks, specially petsitting. Ariel and Biscotto were the cutest! Thank you for the time and experience there! :)

Mariana is an excellent person, understanding, always willing to help you and will make you feel at home. A beautiful place to connect with nature, the activities to do are easy and the animals are very loving. I would really come back! I recommend it!

El voluntariado fue perfecto. Mariana es una excelente anfitriona. Las tareas fueron las programadas y el servicio ofrecido fue superior a lo que yo imaginaba.
Fue todo muy ameno y cordial. Quiero destacar a Wilfred también. Una persona excelente, dispuesta siempre a ayudar y a enseñarte con mucha dedicación la forma correcta en que se deben realizar las tareas.
Recomendable todo al 100%

I trully enjoyed my stay with Marianna (+Ariel the dog and Biscotto the cat too). She is a really nice person and host. I think i couldn't have a better first Worldpackers experience. The tasks were easily manageable and i could organise myself as i wish. Wilfried is a lovely person, that is really touching and a great cook !
I already miss all of this place that is surrounded by beautifull landscape.
I can only recommend to volunteer there and would be more than happy to come back one day :)

I had a really nice stay here. Marianna and Diana are really great people, we had a lot of fun.
Spending the day with Wilfred was always a pleasure. He's a very kind man and he made the best food.
Working with the donkeys was always fun.
I also had the chance to meet a few neighbours and everyone was very very nice.
It was a good first experience.
