Trip'N'Hostel
Trip'n'Hostel has been welcoming guests to Tirana for 13 years now. We're one of Tirana's oldest and most well-known hostels, renowned for our social atmosphere, great location and friendly staff.
We have 3 locations in Tirana. They're all about 5 minutes apart and each place offers unique experience for different types of travelers, and we run events that bring people from all 3 locations together.
First and foremost we are looking for volunteers who are social, outgoing, and open minded. No matter which position you end up working while you're here, interacting with other travelers is an important part of the job. Be sure you're excited about meeting other travelers, answering questions and swapping stories. Your stay here includes a free bed along with breakfast available every morning from 9-11am. We need help with a lot of different tasks: -reception and checking in guests -serving breakfast and light cleaning -helping set up and decorate our new hostel location -social media content creation Be sure to check out all our available positions.

Albania was my first solo trip and Worldpackers experience. The team at Trip’n Hostel was generally kind and welcoming. However, during my last week, I faced an unexpected situation that caused a communication gap. I wish there had been a bit more flexibility regarding the circumstances. Overall, it is a reliable and helpful place for volunteers. Thank you.

I had such a great time doing social media for Trip’N Hostel! The whole team was super friendly and welcoming, and I learned a lot during my stay. Wes is an amazing manager! He is really supportive and easy to work with. I had so much fun overall and would definitely recommend this experience to anyone!

This experience was a good way to get to experience life in Tirana. However, the work expectations were seemingly random. The scheduling and hours can go far beyond (or below) what you agree to initially. The actual work itself is not clear as it is supposed to include more than reception work, but this "more" is never explained. During this confusion, the tasks are not explained but instead met with negativity towards your performance. The accommodation for all staff was random, often times we had to move unexpectedly (4 times) to a new hostel or room. Other staff and location are excellent.

Had a great time volunteering at Trip’n! It was a very relaxed environment and the work was never too demanding. All of the other volunteers were incredibly friendly and really made the experience. The hostel’s atmosphere was very lively and Tirana is a cool city.
