Playworking - Active Coliving and Coworking Community
Montenegro is a beautiful country with stunning mountainous vistas and an incredible coastline. Playworking is a coliving retreat with an added layer of adventure sports activities. The facilities consist of coworking space, comfortable rooms and common living spaces including terraces and balconies.
I guess our ethos is what you would expect of people who enjoy the outdoors and the company of travelers. We're respectful, interested and creative.

I spent an incredible month at this place that welcomes digital nomads, and I have nothing but good things to say! The environment is incredibly welcoming—everyone I met was friendly, open, and had a positive vibe. The work was very light and flexible, mainly focused on keeping the kitchen, common areas, and guest room clean. So this gave me space to enjoy my days, explore the area, and relax.
The surroundings are absolutely surreal—the ocean, the mountains, the tranquility. Paddleboard at Lav, yoga in the morning are definitely worth it 🥰

Pasé una experiencia muy bonita en Montenegro. Las tareas eran justas y me dejaron también tiempo libre para explorar y disfrutar del entorno. El lugar es precioso, rodeado de naturaleza, y la convivencia con otros voluntarios fue de lo mejor. Me llevo recuerdos muy buenos y lo recomiendo a quienes quieran vivir algo auténtico en Montenegro.

Playworking is a peaceful and welcoming place that gives you a sense of calm from the very first moment. Everything runs smoothly, making living together comfortable and easy. Each day feels simple and pleasant, from the little routines to the spontaneous plans that naturally arise.
What truly makes this coliving special is the people. The volunteers are fantastic, attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything. The guests are amazing too, open, respectful, and easygoing, which creates a positive atmosphere where connecting with others feels natural.

I love volunteering at PlayWorking -great place to live & work! I have autonomy to lead yoga, workouts &/or TRX when & where it works for our guests. Our community of volunteers & guests are amazing to get to know - they become your family away from home! I loved the use of bikes & paddleboards - Lav & the beach are always a bikes ride away & the tours are pretty awesome too. I never thought I'd be going down Mt Lovcen at sunset on a bike-ever. But yea did that! Thanks fam! Thank you Jeffrey & Katya! I did cover yoga classes at the Chedi on occasion as well. My only wish would be room AC 😂💙

Playworking was undoubtedly one of the strongest and most rewarding experiences that I have had to participate in Worldpackers.
Both the house, the project and Montenegro as a destination are an opportunity that no one should miss.
The place offers all the comforts and tranquility for both volunteers and guests, the coexistence was perfect both in the shared activities and in the respect of the place of each one.
I want to highlight the way Jeff treats volunteers by giving them all the means and comforts to work and treating them as true professionals.
There's no chance of not coming back..
