Playworking - Active Coliving and Coworking Community
Montenegro is a beautiful country with stunning mountainous vistas and an incredible coastline. Playworking is a coliving retreat with an added layer of adventure sports activities. The facilities consist of coworking space, comfortable rooms and common living spaces including terraces and balconies.
I guess our ethos is what you would expect of people who enjoy the outdoors and the company of travelers. We're respectful, interested and creative.

It was a great time in Playworking! It's a very quiet area that you can explore, close to the bay, to the sea and also some fortress and ports that you can visit by bike or car. The work wasn't hard, and the house is completely comfortable

Without a doubt, this is a wonderful place, full of peace and freedom. You are lucky to have beautiful views and beaches nearby, and the location is perfectly centered between cities.
Your tasks at the stay are simple and interactive, and you can contribute with your own skills. Jeffrey is an amazing and kind person; he is always willing to listen and help you with whatever you need.
Highly recommended if you like making new friends, if you are self-motivated, and if you are eager to help and improve the place.

It was my 1st experience through Worldpackers and I'm very grateful for all the memories created in these 2 months! Jeffrey is a great host and he has a hands off approach, which gives you a lot of freedom and flexibility throughout the experience, but it's also important to be proactive and have ownership. Some of my favourite memories were paddling with others, watching the sunset, and biking to explore Tivat. If you can drive, it's also a game changer. Amazing place to meet travelers from all around the world and other digital nomads. I'll also miss Brownie, the house dog 🧡

I never imagined this place would surprise me so much. The house is very comfortable, spacious, and has beautiful views. The tasks are varied, and we can easily organize ourselves with the other volunteers, which makes the daily routine easy and enjoyable, and allows us to fully enjoy Montenegro, a country full of nature and beauty.
Jeffrey is an excellent person: flexible, attentive, and always looking out for our well-being. Browni, the house dog, is such a sweetheart, and I also had the chance to meet his other dogs.
I will definitely come back. Thank you for everything Jeffrey! 🐕🐶🐾🏔💛

This place was amazing to work at. Jeffery is a great host and the place itself it quite special. The work was never too overwhelming and I felt I had lots of support from both Jeffery and the other volunteers. Geographically speaking it is a little removed from Tivat and Kotor but it's not terribly difficult to get into town.
I would love to come back sometime!
