Hostel Villa Angelina Old Town
Hostel Villa Angelina is a very special hostel due to staff and relations with our guests. Being a small hostel we can enjoy great friendly atmosphere where staff is guest's friend. Staff is in charge to give all the best tips for guests to enjoy Dubrovnik area! Our guests can have unique experience without any prior research. Besides great relations with guests we keep our hostel spotless so guests can feel like at home! Cleanliness is very important for our guests!
We already had few volunteers at the hostel. To become a volunteer here you have to be very friendly and nice person who has great communication skills, is willing to help in any process of running the hostel. The main task for volunteers is to explain guests about the hostel and activities to accompany the guest to their rooms (private rooms are 5 min walk from reception). Volunteers can have free accommodation, if they are willing to work more we can offer them 1 meal.

2nd time staying in Angelina, even better than the first time, Dario and Matea are very nice people and helped me a lot, even now is low season in winter they respect a lot the working hours and they explained how to do everything so you won't have any troubles, I definitely recommend this opportunity, the city is beautiful tons of things to do, the accommodation couldn't be better you will have anything you'll need and you will connect with a lot of travelers, 100% recommend

My volunteering in Hostel Angelina was amazing Dario and Matea are very chill and fun to be around, they are very helpful and flexible, even I arrived in low season was great lot of things to do nearby, everything was as we agreed you will have plenty of time to enjoy all the tourists places, they even took me on a kayak tour and it was spectacular, I definitely recommend this experience, the hostel is very comfortable and the location couldn't be better right in the heart of Dubronick, definitely going back in summer season, thank you so much to Dario and Matea for giving the opportunity

I had a great 5 weeks at Hostel Angelina this summer. It’s a rewarding experience for anyone who enjoys interacting with guests from around the world. The work was varied and enjoyable, though physically demanding at times. My tasks mainly included cleaning, laundry, and showing guests to rooms. There was a good balance between work and free time, with plenty of opportunities to experience Dubrovnik and surrounding areas. The other volunteers were great, and I enjoyed socialising with them. The staff building was also great. Matea was very communicative and supportive - Thank you for the stay!

I really enjoyed my time volunteering at Hostel Angelina, and would recommend this experience for anyone interested in meeting lots of new people in a beautiful place. The tasks were fairly straightforward like laundry and checking in guests however the shifts could get strenuous especially with the heat. The work could get pretty exhausting after some time however I didn’t mind as I had lots of free time otherwise to spend at the beach and explore Dubrovnik. Matea was helpful whenever I needed anything and made my experience comfortable. Any questions feel free to shoot me a msg!
