The Hostel was founded in 2011 with full energy, we used to take care of everything here, working 24/7. During these period our life changed now we have 03 kids and the extra time at the hostel interacting with the guest became more dificult to us, few years ago we started to receive helpers to do this integration, we have all the local knowledge and we enjoy giving good tips but we have no time to do the tracks, to visit natural parks and to go out with guests, these are big reasons why we need Packers, to bring that fresh vibe and energy to the hostel and of course help us at reception and taking care of the property. Its better that the helpers have experience inside hostels so they know how the business works and are used to shared spaces. A hostel is a place where during work you can have a chat and use no shoes, but if something happens you have to go there and work hard, do a good check-in, answer the phone , change the bins, organize the kitchen, rooms and common areas, give informations and solve problems, always with a smile in the face which is very important.
