As the manager (hi, I’m Caroline!), I’ve worked in hostels for over 10 years — and I actually started out just like you, as a volunteer. So now, as someone running the place, I do my best to make sure every volunteer feels appreciated, respected, and well taken care of. I run this space with heart and high standards — especially when it comes to respect, inclusion, cleanliness, and responsibility. But during your shifts, I expect full motivation, presence, and care. Cleaning is part of every shift — and it’s how we keep this place top-rated and loved by guests.
