Amrit Heller Academy
Our school is located in a peaceful and beautiful place surrounded by little hills and we hlep our volunteers to have easy timetable and help them to organize their activities. We also help to organize their cultural visits and world heritage sites in and around Nepal.
We are a small school with minimum requirements, all our staff are very helpful, energetic and welcoming and having been helping our volunteers in every aspect needed by volunteers, language is not a barrier for all our staff and for any activities volunteer would like to do.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'expérience, sushi vous accueille très chaleureusement, les enfants sont adorables et dynamique (certains ont trop d'énergie pour une journée 😂), il est possible de visiter les environs qui sont sympathiques, merci encore à sushi et sa famille pour l'accueil, c'est une expérience qui m'a marqué et qui restera en mémoire pour un bon bout de temps, si jamais vous avez peur de pas bien faire avec les enfants parce que vous avez pas d'expérience mais que vous êtes prêt à vous investir pour eux foncer. ;)

Manon and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the school! Sushi is incredible so dedicated, always ready to help, and full of positivity that she shares with everyone every day. The children are delightful and genuinely excited to learn. We can’t recommend this experience highly enough!

The children learned many new games from you especially the art and drawing and express themselves which helps them to grow in every way possible, thank you for your love and kindness to them.

We felt part of the community from day one. Although the summer holidays gave us less time with the students, we had the chance to explore the city and form a special bond with Sushi, her family, and the girls. We were welcomed like family—cooking, dancing, sharing stories, and making unforgettable memories. The girls filled our hearts with joy and affection, and we became as big sisters for them. Saying goodbye was the hardest part. A truly heartwarming experience. Thank you!

We spent three unforgettable weeks at the Amrit Heller Academy. From day one, Sushi, her husband, and their family welcomed us with love—we felt like adopted daughters. We shared beautiful moments, joined trips, and discovered Nepal through their eyes. Everyone at the school was incredibly kind and warm. Saying goodbye was emotional. This place is now a part of our hearts, and we know we’ll return someday. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Meravigliosa esperienza, accolto in modo entusiasmante ho fatto del mio meglio per potermi inserire in questa comunità ed aiutare i bambini durante l'orario di scuola.
