Amazing Experience at Portugal in Alentejo
The house is surrounded by green spaces, silence reigns, interrupted only by the sounds of the countryside. We favor a simple environment, authentic, cozy and comfortable, where luxury is nature itself. Between the countryside and the beach are the most beautiful and well-preserved coastal areas of southern Europe where you can still find true natural treasures: pristine beaches, lagoons, places lost in time, walking trails.
It`s the ideal place to stroll, rest and live with nature.

We are a couple with 55 years. We like to get along, meet new people and relax. We like to read, walk and travel. We will help you to know about our beautiful Alentejo coast. Our basic team has 6 people and we have in high season 3 or 4 volunteers. We have 10 rooms for guests and 2 for volunteers.

The whole team is great from Ana, George, Mizi , Tess, Karina, Abbie(Volunteer)and Senhor Jose. The area is perfect if you like wilderness and rural vibe. The bike they provided is pretty okay to ride around. If you're lucky, you may see a deer or two. I was there in end of October and windy so I only tried the pool one time. I am sure it will be great in the summer. This is my first time doing worldpackers and I would give 10 out of 10.

I loved the immersive nature experience and the serenity that Ponte Pedra offers. It's a great place to reset and recenter. The food is delicious, abundant, and home-cooked. The accommodation is so cozy, with plenty of space for all volunteers - and very clean! The only negative part of the experience for me was that a couple of staff members were not very welcoming or warm, which created some unnecessary stress around the volunteer work. The tasks are not hard, but it is important to work hard and do them correctly. Ana and Jorge are the sweetest people ever, I have much gratitude for them!!!

I had a great experience volunteering here! The hosts and co-ordinator were so welcoming and created a comfortable atmosphere for us all. They’re very kind and open people.
The work was very straight forward and relaxed with hours respected. It’s a great place to go for relaxation and peace.

I had a wonderful time here. The location is beautiful, with plenty of chances to enjoy the surrounding area. The living quarters are very comfortable, and the food is delicious and abundant. The hosts are truly lovely and caring, always attentive to our well-being. I also really enjoyed the fun excursions they organized. A great experience overall!
