We have been hosting Volunteers for over 10 years and so many people have come back to work with us that we must be doing something right. We are not a party hostel and we love outdoor activities so we are looking for healthy minded people who want to interact with like minded individuals
We have been told by lots of volunteers that this is the most laid back place they have worked. But we take the job of customer service very serious. People are on vacation and we want them to have the best experience possible

My experience at the hostel was truly enriching and unforgettable. From the very first day, I was warmly welcomed, and everyone made an effort to make me feel like part of the “6 Small Rooms” family. Everyone was always willing to help, and the relaxed and fun atmosphere was a constant part of everyday life. I hold my time in Naples very close to my heart, and I’m so grateful to each and every volunteer, the manager, and the hostel owners for always being so amazing! I can’t bring myself to say a final goodbye, only a “see you soon” 👋☺️

What an amazing experience! Theres so much to do in and around napoli, im so glad with my choice. The work is straightforward yet keeps you busy. Hours and schedules are respected and extremely flexible. The owners are super friendly, welcoming and understanding. The hostel became increasingly more lively as it got closer to june so the vibe definitely changes depending on when you go. Overall super happy and cant believe how fast it went. I’ll definitely be back one day!

6 Small Rooms, a silly name considering how much more rooms, space and must importantly heart this place has to offer to any traveler looking to go to Napoli. Deep in the heart of Napoli is this hostel that is gonna welcome you with it's chill and relaxed atmosphere a really cool contrast from the chaos of the city. The tasks in your stay are pretty doable and the amount of free days is amazing if you would like to explore either Napoli and its surroundings or any other city from Italy nearby. Thank you Agostino, Gerry, Rachel and my fellow volunteers for making my trip to Italy unforgettable.
