I had an absolutely unforgettable time! Being able to help and look after the shelter cats and dogs is very rewarding and I met some lovely people along the way! The staff are all amazing and dedicated to helping all the animals fulfil their time at the shelter, and get ready to be adopted. I 100% recommend this to everyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful the shelter while doing something good for these dogs/cats.

ARA is a magical place! I really enjoyed helping the cats and dogs and building a relationship with them. It was so nice to connect with nature and meet the lovely staff and other volunteers. I loved my stay at ARA. It was my second volunteer experience and it couldn't have been better. You feel very welcomed and if you need help you will always get it and also can use your freetime to socialise with the animals or take them to places or walked. Everyone is always happy and the animals are really lovable aswell as the humans. Definitely recommend:)

This was my second time at ARA and I will definitely be back for a third! It's such a relaxing place to be, being surrounded by animals as well as being able to relax in the accommodation and at the pool. Everything is explained so well and the shifts aren't too much work. I loved being able to spend so much time with the animals and I felt like improved my the shelter handling skills too. Everyone I met was lovely too! I miss it already :)

ARA is a wonderful place to volunteer, it was my first time going solo and I am so happy I chose ARA to do so. The staff are hardworking honourable and kind people who manage the work load/volunteers/animals amazingly. The shelter itself is a beautiful place, no dog or cat is without love and care. The work can be dirty but is rewarding at the same time. I learnt so much about about myself and the animals. I would definitely come back to ARA and everyone is really respectful and friendly. ARA is doing gods work, it is a sanctuary for animals and people 🩵🩵

ARA is an incredible place! The staff are kind and patience, other volunteers are social and the animals are so sweet! ARA care so deeply about their animals and it is so inspiring to be a part of.
