My experience at the hostel was a great way to start my journey with Worldpackers. Work is not challenging and only a few hours, it also helps that you are surrounded by amazing staff, volunteers, and guests at the hostel. It truly feels like a home away from home where I was surrounded by friends and family doing fun activities across the hostel. Shout out to Alicia the receptionist for sticking her neck out and helping me get accommodations in another hostel after my stay! I'll definitely return if I get the opportunity.

Volunteering at the hostel was an amazing time. The town is quaint and the surroundings are breath taking. The work is as described and the management team made me feel safe and welcome. I woukd highly recommend this experience.

I have had a wonderful first volunteering experience at the hostel! The work is easy and the hours are fair, everyone working as a great and efficient team. After work I was able to explore the gorgeous village and island and/or relax and enjoy the brilliantly social hostel. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and supportive. It's been a joy to meet and work with them! The other volunteers have been amazing people who I'm so lucky to have met and become friends with. the hostel has felt like a family and I'm sad to leave! Such a special time full of memories and joy. Thank you!

My time at Sky the hostel has been amazing! I spent 6 weeks here and I found a great team and staff. I've made lifelong friend with the other volunteers and a lots of memories! The shift is short and easy, so you have lots of time to explore around. I'll miss this place Thank u all!

Had a lovely month in Kyleakin. the hostel Backpacker's is a fantastic hostel with great facilities and such a cozy vibe. The work was super easy and straightforward and we were given lots of guidance by the hostel staff. Swiny, Alicia and Ruthie were all super fun, accomodating and warm and made sure that we were all looked after and travelling well. The Isle of the hostel is a gorgeous part of the world. It was such a blessing to be a part of the hostel Backpacker's. I would recommend it to any future WorldPackers !!

My experience at the hostel has been incredible! It's a very social hostel and I've been able to meet people from all around the world. The manager, receptionist and the rest of the volunteers are amazing and the job is easy. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone!! Thank you for everything ❤️

At the hostel, I got the chance to meet and befriend so many new people from around the world. The Isle of the hostel is beyond beautiful and filled with amazing views/walking trails. The work is very straightforward and easy, with tasks split among volunteers. As well, the manager and receptionist are super friendly, easy to talk to and made the experience incredible! I have had an amazing time exploring the Isle of the hostel and beyond happy that I had the opportunity to do so! 🫶

De las mejores experiencias que he vivido!!✨️ Los otros voluntarios son encantadores, nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer día. Me llevo muy buenos amigos de allí ❤️ El albergue es bonito y tiene unas vistas espectaculares del atardecer. Se respira buen rollo. Las tareas son muy sencillas y están bien repartidas y organizadas: limpieza, hacer camas y organización, etc. El manager es muy agradable, siempre preguntando si estábamos cómodos 😄 Sin duda recomiendo pasar por allí!!❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

This was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't have asked for a better one! The hostel is cosy and lovely, the staff made me feel welcome and part of the family from the very beginning and I was lucky to work with the most amazing volunteers from all over the world. Isle of the hostel is a gorgeous place and I will definitely return. 💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
