Mi experiencia en el hostel fue muy buena! Tuve un@s compañer@s voluntarios excepcionales. El staff es increíble y sobre todo quiero dar las gracias a Ale y a Claudio:) Por motivos personales tuve que marcharme antes y fueron muy flexibles y tolerantes con la situación. El hostel está ubicado en la mejor zona de Catania y en los alrededores tienes mucho que visitar! Muchas gracias por todo:) Recomiendo siempre dirigirte a Ale y Claudio para tratar cualquier tema ya sea del voluntariado o algo personal.

My 1-month volunteering at the hostel has just ended and I feel like I've experienced so much in a relatively short period of time. The hostel is beautiful and since it's very popular in Catania, I had the opportunity to know many different people from different countries everyday. The staff is lovely and everyone is ready to make you feel at home. In my opinion the tasks, even including the night shifts, are not heavy at all and you have a lot of free time to visit the surroundings, Catania is indeed the perfect base if you want to explore east Sicily. Strongly recommended!

This was my first experience and I'm very happy with the place! Since I arrived I felt a great welcome from the staff and they make you part of their family. The tasks are easy and the agreed hours and tasks are respected. The hostel is very nice and has a very good atmosphere. In general, I feel very lucky to have had this experience and I would recommend it 100%!

The hostel will stay in my heart forever. I leave feeling happy to have been a part of it for a while. The staff is super friendly, they give you a lot of freedom, the hostel is very nice and comfortable, in the historic center of Catania. They give you a good breakfast and pasta for dinner every night. I recommend it 100%! Manashas, ​​I will miss you very much!! IN BOCCA AL LUPO ❤️😂

La experiencia ha sido inmejorable, es un equipo con mucha gente y me han hecho sentir como en casa. Recomiendo hostelo delli el hostel a todo voluntario, aunque no como primera experiencia, ya que dejan el listón muy alto. Las tareas son sencillas, la habitación es cómoda y el ambiente es estupendo. Rara vez en un lugar los trabajadores van fuera de su horario para tomar algo o jugar un futbolín, eso solo se consigue con el buen rollo que vas a encontrar aquí. Si tienes cualquier duda, siempre acude a Sara, ella explica las cosas demasiado bien y es muy atenta al detalle.

El voluntariado en el hostel fue mi primera experiencia y puedo decir que fue excelente! Realmente todo el equipo te ayuda y te explica pacientemente las labores. Mención especial para Sarah, Ángela y Marcelo que no dudaron en ayudarme cuando fue necesario :)

I had a great experience at the hostel. It was my first time volunteering and it was great, the staff members are friendly and willing to explain and help you if you don't understand something. The hours are respected and you have a lot of free time to get to know the city and surroundings. The other volunteers made this an amazing experience as well and you will always meet people from all over the world. My only recommendation would be to improve the internal communication a bit when it comes to schedule changes or certain tasks in certain shifts. Thank you for everything!

Volunteering at the hostel was an amazing experience ! The tasks are easy ; you have to help serving the breakfast, do the night shift, help at the reception and do the pasta shift. The staff is amazing ! Thanks to Claudio, Ale, Martha, Duncan, Orazio and Sara to have welcoming me like this. Thanks Angela and Marcello to have welcoming me in your incredible hostel I had amazing moments with the staff and the volunteers and Erasmus. I liked so much the experience that I extended 15 days. It was my first time volunteering at a hostel and it was the best experience ever! I could not have been more grateful to be a part of the team at the hostel. The tasks are so much fun. Claudio, Ale, Duncan, Orazio, Sara and rest of the team make you feel at home! Thanks to Marcello and Angela for hosting me. Do not miss out on Luca's special cocktails, they're one of the best in Catania. I am so grateful to have met people like them and the other volunteers. the hostel avrà sempre un pezzo del mio cuore. Un'esperienza davvero pazzesco!

This was my first Worldpackers experience and it could not have been better, the work was easy and Ale was very patient to teach everything step by step. I met a lot of amazing people and they all made me feel welcome as soon as I got here. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended for 15 days, so the only bad thing is that it's very sad to leave.
