It was an excellent experience staying at the hostel, I totally recommend this volunteering. The staff has all the disposition to integrate you and teach you the tasks that you'll have to carry out inside the Hostel. The work is light and easy to learn. Week by week, work days and days off are organized, so you can always talk about days off to coordinate with your travel interests. Catania is a perfect place to get to know Sicily in general, you have easy transportation to Siracusa, Etna, Taormina and Palermo, places that you can visit for a day if you wish, except for Palermo

Hermoso lugar. Súper dedicados todos los del staff, decididos a enseñarnos y a hacernos parte de todo el lugar y cada área de trabajo. Mucha confianza mutua para todo. Fue mi primer voluntariado y se lo recomiendo a todo aquel que tema empezar, por acá es un lugar seguro y sin dudas el mejor!!

El hostel está muy bien ubicado en el centro neurálgico de la ciudad, el trabajo es fácil y en pocos días ya lo aprendes. La mayoría del equipo de trabajo son muy buenas personas y te ayudan en lo que necesites, recomiendo este lugar para hacer un voluntariado.

This experience was my first volunteering with woldpackers and I have to say that it has been amazing. This hostel has something that makes you feel home from the first moment. This is because everyone who works there have the same aim of making everyone feel at home. The work is really clear and fun to do. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who is willing to meet people from different countries, learn about italian culture and discover how a hostel works! I can only say thank you so much for everything and for giving me the chance to stay and help you♡!

Indimenticabile. Unforgettable experience in the hostel. Many stories to tell on its terraces. To repeat in the future. Really good vibe with both staff and volunteers. The work wasn't very difficult and flexibility of timetable. Night shifts were a little bit hard but bereable with the colleagues. I took advantage of travelling as much as I could. Catania=Street sites and art. Insane beaches around. Also, Luca's cocktails were insane. You should try "Etna mule". Grande ragazziiii!!! In summary, I felt sicilianu for a month. Grazie mille! Ci vediamo presto 😎

Fue mi primer voluntariado y lo recomiendo 100%, Catania es una ciudad muy loca y el hostal queda en todo el centro turístico así que vas a conocer gente de todo el mundo. los compañeros de trabajo son lo mejor, tienen paciencia y son un amor. Respetan los horarios y si necesitas unos días para recorrer alguna otra ciudad son comprensibles y puedes reponer las horas, el trabajo no es complicado y los turnos de noches se reparten entre los compañeros. una experiencia que recomiendo vivir. ❤️

I had such a good welcome treatning when I came to the hostel. And this go on during all my experience: people are amazing, kind and respecful, and I could make friends and learn more about responsability and work with people at hostels. The tasks are easy going and very clear. I really, really loved all the staff: Claudio, Angela, Sara, Marcello, the voluntaries team and others are the best! It feels like home and I can't wait to return. Thank you guys for the hospitality! 💖🌋

I had a great time in the hostel. All the workers there are super friendly and welcoming, it feels like a big family. I learned a lot of things about the world of hospitality, and the tasks were easy, mainly night shifts. The hostel itself it's an amazing place with a terrace with amazing views and many areas to relax, work on your projects, and interact with the guests. The ambiance with the guests is fantastic. It's the best place if you want to meet lots of cool international people. The city is unique and lively! Thank you so much for this experience!

¡Experiencia de 100 sobre 10! Ha sido mi primer voluntariado con la plataforma y si de algo estoy seguro es que he tenido muchísima suerte de dar con el hostel. El trabajo que realizamos es más que justo, siendo muy pocos días a la semana, muy fácil de llevar y con mucho mucho tiempo libre. Los anfitriones y todo el equipo del hostel son encantadores y me he sentido como en casa desde el primer día. Además, el hostel tiene una magia, un ambiente, un algo…. que es inigualable. Es un lugar ideal para conocer gente de todo el mundo. ¡Muchísimas GRACIAS por todo! ¡¡Volveré!!
