The greatest place! the team is really kind and fun, the job is easy and the place is actually great. absolutely recommended, the girls will tell you all the places there are to visit in Zagreb as well, and you'll get a great chance to love this city. I had a great time with the hostel team and with volunteers, all questions and problems were solved quickly and afficiently. I recommend for all to come and volunteer there as they will meet a friendly team who is always ready to help.

It was my first volunteering, it was a highly recommended experience, the people at the reception are very friendly and the whole team works. We had no deal with the owner. The hostel is super spacious and clean. The tasks to be carried out are good, you easily grab their hand, they are very organized. Thank you team for this experience, I will carry you in my memory! Unfortunately I didn't fully enjoy my stay in Zagreb because I was sick all the time. But nevertheless I also worked with a fever, as much as I could. Welcoming environment, the work isn't much, if you finish work before you're free, they don't invent things to make you necessarily work for all hours.

This was my first world packers experience and it was even better than I could have expected! The staff and fellow volunteers were all amazing, fun, and made me feel at home immediately. The work was very easy and they did a great job of making sure you knew how to do everything. The free breakfast was great and sometimes the staff would bring me donuts on the night shift! Recommending this place to everyone! Thank you for the best experience the hostel!!

La experiencia en el Hostel ha sido fantástica. Hemos puesto a prueba nuestras habilidades, aprendimos día y compartimos muy bellos momentos. El personal del Hostel es super amable, servicial y atento. Tanto con ellos como con los compañeros voluntarios, incluso huespedes tuvimos la posibilidad de compartir charlas, espacios e intercambios muy enriqecedores. Es una experiencia que no olvidaré y que recomiendo de corazón.

This was my first experience as a Volunteer & I couldn't have chosen a better place. The Staff is amazing, very kind and always available to help in anything you need. The facilities of the hostel are great too, specially the playing and chilling room, it's always clean and the shared room + breakfast are something you appreciate a lot. Regarding to daily tasks, u always will work no longer than the expected hours, they could be even less on day shift as well. In case you don't have experience with housekeeping, the staff will help u to learn how to do it efficiently. Thanks for everything.

It was my first time volunteering. I had a great experience. The tasks were well explained and doable. If I had any questions I could always ask at the reception. The housekeeping staff were also nice and helpful. If you have any plans, it get's taken into account in the schedule. I would recommend this hostel to other travellers.

I spent an amazing time in the hostel!!!! They have a wonderful team and everything was easy and chill. The hostel's crew is always very friendly and helpful. I feel I have a new family in Zagreb. Hope to come back soon!!!!

Gostei bastante da experiência! As meninas que trabalham no hostel são super responsáveis e aplicadas no trabalho que fazem. O hostel é bem grande, tem quatro andares sendo que um deles funciona como escola e não como hostel. A cidade é uma graça, na época do natal valeu muito conhecer o Christmas market e as delícias das padarias acessíveis em qualquer esquina. A prática do inglês depende do quanto vc se dedica pois voluntarios não fazem trabalho de recepção, somente de limpeza, então o contato com hóspedes, trabalhadores e croatas não é automático. Recomendo e voltaria a voluntariar lá!
