The experience at the hostel was incredible. The schedules are respected and there is also flexibility if a day off is needed. The staff is very welcoming and willing to answer questions, queries or even hang out together, Ivona is a great boss. Super recommended place.

The hostel is a good place to volunteer. Shout out to the staff, all of them are amazing. The work is not difficult nor boring. You can enjoy the city in the free hours ;)

Volunteering at the hostel was a great time! Everyone was very kind. Tasks were pretty easy and everything was explained clearly. Dealing with the students from the attached school can be pretty frustrating though overall a good experience. I recommend to anyone who wants to be in the center of Zagreb.

The hostel has a lot of common areas where you can stay and the work isn't hard to do, the hostel is a bit too big and there's a school inside so you have to go up and down stairs to do absolutely everything besides having students walking around there, not a big problem, but I wish I had known earlier. The hostel staff helps you with everything and always has an employee nearby if you need it. Overall it was a good experience :)

In a hostel very well located in the city of Zagreb, the amenities and spaces in the hostel are very good and there is always something to do. The permanent staff is usually serious but nothing personal, it is just a way of them and should not be taken personally. They complied with what was proposed, although sometimes we had to chase them with breakfast. The rest all perfect, they are nice people

I have a great time in Zagreb while volunteering at the hostel. The volunteers were really united and I made amazing friends. The location is great. There's always someone who can help you if you have any doubts.
